MUST READ This company is INCREDIBLE I heard about it from a colleague and I cannot describe how amazing it is First and foremost the CUSTOMER SERVICE is hands down among the best I have encountered Dale H and Jaye Anne B were incredibly professional attentive and transparent They took the time to explain or rephrase things I did not understand They also tried to understand what I needed and wanted to do to identify the best products to help me accomplish my goals AAFMAA itself is great I do have to mention that you will likely need to pay close attention to getting the medical exams done because they contract out with local medical personnel Be proactive and reach out to the medical team It also helps to have your medical history documentation on hand if you ve had any major medical events so you can just fire that over to the underwriters Other than that 6 out of 5 stars on Trustpilot and I will certainly be referring people to this company for sure

My name is Nadia and I submitted an application and provided all documents required I was informed that more documentation was needed I was frustrated with how the process was going However after being contacted by a Mr Brown and going over my application the process went smoothly The customer service is great and the representatives are very pleasant and professional
