Zero stars should be possible I had a flight from London to Japan for April 2020 which Aeroflot cancelled After months of claiming they would offer a refund in a call this morning they said there would be no refunds due to a Russian Government Decree of which there is no evidence online Refused to confirm this to me in writing A shady company that deserves no ones business I m sure their automated bot will respond to this review with their typical Aeroflot regrets to hear blah blah blah please submit feedback etc etc I have already submitted this feedback You initially confirmed there would be a refund You have now backtracked on this but cannot do so in writing What a joke of a company

Promised refund but lied
Cancelled my flights promised refund within 30 days then 60 days then 6 months Now only offering vouchers Eventually got my money back through contacting my bank and asking for chargeback seems I was one of the lucky ones Moral of story avoid this thieving lying airline at all costs

Never fly with aeroflot
As all of you I booked a flight back home 790 in april they didn t let us in cause Russian borders got closed so we had to book a much more expensive flight They are offering a voucher that we don t need to use instead of giving back OUR money that it s so difficult to get

Shambles of a company
Don t book with them our flight was cancelled and they refused to refund us If we want a refund we have to wait for 3 YEARS Avoid at all costs Customer service are a joke They issued us 2 vouchers for 2 passengers and wouldn t let us use both vouchers for 1 passenger Completely idiotic rules saying they couldn t issue a new voucher or change the name of the voucher when obviously they can Total scam

The Aeroflot canceled our trip
The Aeroflot canceled our trip NY-Belgrade on June 12 th and promised to refund the money but never did I sent many emails to the customer service and even made an official inquiry on Russia government site which they are obliged to respond by the law So far I didn t receive any response from anyone it s a criminal country and I don t have any hope to get any refund from them anymore I guess the best things for the world is to build an iron curtain again and let them rotten

Don t believe anything they ve said Go to court for any disputes
This company doesn t care about laws agreements and contracts Buying a FLEX class ticket does not entitle you the right of free refund which should be available according to the sales protocol They are just abusing the fact that they are a Russian company so that habit of disrepect to law is inherited throughout the country Don t even bother to try and file complaints because all you will get is the same reply copied and pasted again Since the flight is operated to from UK EU airports the airline should comply with EU civil air legislations which entitles you the right to claim the money back through the aviation administration and or by court orders Don t keep your false hope Bring them to the court You WILL get your money back

Think again if you are going to travel with Aeroflot
Horrible service Didn t even get a refund for my ticket that I did not use during COVID which was not my fault It s been 3 years They are still not able to refund me Feels like a Scam Customer service is an absolute nightmare My support requests keep getting closed with NO resolution whatsoever This is not how it is supposed to be

The worst airline on the planet I have dealt with third world airlines that have better customer service Phones are shut down email are not answered all the complaints are blatantly ignored No communication whatsoever There s literally no way for customers to reach out to their office I don t even know why this company is still allowed to operate in the EU
