DO NOT USE Awful service and they try to charge you extra Booked parking was then told my Vauxhall Zafira would cost an extra 5 a day so asked to cancel a week before going on holiday to which they said there was a 20 admin fee They only refunded part of my money even thought it says free cancellation Not even answering my emails DO NOT USE

The driver arrogant and abusive

The driver arrogant and abusive screaming at my partner across the car park giving contradictory instructions to the reception about where to park Then told my partner to f off When challenged on this he apologises to me male not her female -5 for customer service my partner worried about her car whilst on holiday On return different driver No communication Barged 2 young girls out of the way

If I could leave a 0 review I would Wish I d read the reviews before booking there Charged us 120 to remove a wheel clamp they put on as we didn t leave our keys We were given a friendly warning when we went into the pub for a drink before going to the airport about them driving the cars around wheel spinning reckless driving If you value your car DO NOT park here

We came back from holiday a couple of weeks ago to find that our car wouldn t start After being towed to a garage it seems that rats had gotten in and chewed not only electric wiring but also eaten away the underneath of the seats and glove compartment so we have not only had a huge bill to pay for but also had to have it deep cleaned So I would not recommend this car park and we certainly won t be using it again

Landed at Bristol Airport on15th March arranged a pick up The guy that met us was surly and rude on his arrival Extremely rude to his customers about not being able to stop for us OK I got in through the back doors but he gave us no instructions but continually moaned about how much it cost to pick people up by going through the barriers and he would get fined as we we entered his vehicle the wrong way Moaned all the way back whilst driving erratically and made us feel every uncomfortable Will never use your company again

Absolute criminals they work or are the same as a company named justparkme co uk and Central Airport Parking Bristol we booked with them but with all the name changes during the booking i decided to check for their reviews and it was awful so i asked them for refund just minutes after paying They want me to pay extra 20 for the 50 refund absolute crooks just ask for chargeback with your bank Stay away from these criminals

Wish I had read the previous reviews before booking absolute shambles Choose Silverzone and pay the extra Booked here to save 20 and it was horrendous Landed and called the number as instructed no answer called and called when they did answer they said the transport just comes as and when Waited 50 minutes in the cold poring rain and when the white minibus arrived it refused to let me on saying that he was going to the airport tavern lodges and that I would have to wait for the next Nearly an hour in the cold I got back to the tavern in absolute chaos Huge line waiting to check-in when all I wanted was my keys to go but just 1 girl serving everyone waited 20 minutes and still not served in the end the mini bus driver went to get my keys only to find my car sandwiched in the far end of the car back so couldn t even get my case in the back or the boot I will never choose again
