Absolute crap pay an extra few pounds
Absolute crap pay an extra few pounds park at airport Muddy filthy car park dirty old mini bus for transfer free for all a fight of the fittest to get in for the slow transfer Upon return mid afternoon on a Thursday left stranded at airport no return transfer mobile number said no minibuses ring office office didn t answer at first then said they d send a car waited 30 minutes nothing zilch no answer on either phone Had to walk back through wet muddy roads foot paths in the busy A road Cases filthy damaged Car was dirty upon return No apology just a shrug of shoulders and we weren t the only ones complaining that day Lesson learnt never again

My parents arrived back at Bristol
My parents arrived back at Bristol Airport today to a 40 minute wait for the minibus Due to the number of passengers waiting they were advised to either wait for the next bus another thirty minutes or walk Upon returning to reception at the car park a very unhelpful lady denied any sort of compensation for this inconvenience The staff accepted no responsibility for the lack of coordination on their end we re happy to see my parents leave unhappy I spoke with the manager to try to resolve the issue who raised her voice and it was her way or no way I find it hard to believe how someone with this sort of customer service experience can run a car park The driver did speak politely over the phone a lot better than the lady

Avoid avoid avoid Come back from holiday to find my car parked at the back of the car park in the pitch black On arriving home in the day light the next day I noticed my back bumper completely cracked as though my car has been reversed into something Phoned the car park and was told they would review cctv and get back to me and for me to forward photos of the damage I emailed photos of the damage over and received an email back stating that as the car had left the premises there was nothing they could do I appreciate accidents happen but at least be honest and own up to it Nothing but dishonest If your car is parked near the back in the pitch black on your return I strongly advise you check it over with a torch before leaving Do not ignore the bad reviews there are plenty of quality car parks around the airport with honest staff

Truly awful
Truly awful recommended to me by my local travel agent The drop off and transfer to the airport were both great However the issues were when I returned from my holiday I phoned to let someone know that my plane had landed and I was waiting to be collected Eventually after waiting 15 mins in the rain 2 minibuses arrived as there were other customers waiting to be collected I arrived back to the site collected my keys from a very stroppy member of staff and was told that my car was someone where near to where I was dropped off It was 11 20pm and raining the lighting at the site was insufficient myself and other customers couldn t locate our vehicles it was very poorly organised Eventually a member of staff could my car by this time I was annoyed and my poor daughter wet having had to look after our luggage in the rain while I tried to find my car Suffice to say that I will never use Oakwood Airport Parking Bristol ever again it was an awful experience AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Left hanging around with a young child late at night in a damp cold car park
Used the company several times before as they are close to airport unfortunately we returned in the night with an 18mth old to be sent by receptionist given keys and told to look for our car even tho I told her we hadn t seen it For us to search for 15 mins in a dark unlit car park at the back to find it blocked in and it hadn t been pulled out it it was late and a cold rainy night and we had a young child no apology given we waited for half hour in the car park for our car to be moved When asked why it wasn t pulled out ready for us Her reply was what do you mean I repeated my question to be told the car blocking us in their flight was delayed If they knew this surely they should have moved the cars around- disappointed in her attitude and we pay to return to a ready to drive off car A week later my friends used them and again they had same issue at 4 am in the morning no car ready

DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE Used many times and each time it s gotten worse the staff are extremely rude and do not care for the customers vehicles I once witnessed them hurling abuse and vile language at an elderly man and then proceeded to walk away laughing My last visit my partner got called a f ing w er because he asked if they could move a vehicle that was blocking ours they then told him to f off and if we don t like it don t come back These people clearly don t have any respect for there customers or there vehicles I ve seen at least 3 customers complain of damage to there car They are just after your money horrible people and a horrible service DO NOT USE

AVOID Damaged my car
Returned to find my car caked in mud inside and out extensive damage to the front bumper several deep scratches that have totally taken the paint off Oakwood denying they damaged my car I left my car clean with no damage came home to a car that looks like its been on a rally This company needs to be closed down no regard for other peoples property AVOID I will be reporting them to trading standards I ve also contacted The Sun as they are doing an article on bad Airport Parking companies

Avoid if you care about your car
After coming back from holiday at 2am we found our car scratched I had a dash cam which they also took out Bearing in mind our car was moved to different compounds as they call them no evidence of this was on the cam I questioned them about their T C s on plugging out dash cams and obviously they got defensive without having any reasoning Took pictures sent emails right then It took them ages to look through CCTV and finally when they called me the woman was extremely rude shouting on the phone to me I chased them numerous times and they determined they will not be responsible for any damages and ignored me ever since Looking to go further to claim for damages and looking at these reviews I am amazed that no one else is doing this

Cars parked up middle cow fields
Booked through and upon arriving saw farm field full of sheep s roaming round full of cars and vans parked up Strangely I saw someone drove out unacceptable speeding to the Oakwood office parking space I asked my son to go over and check more shocking he walked in doors unlocked and keys left on top tyres Yes this is not secure fence carpark it s totally cowboys company so I immediately cancelled parking and parked at the airport which is more secure and professional services
