Very professional from the first phone call to getting our estimate booking communication uplift handling of large heavy items arranging insurance storage delivery and unloading I couldn t fault any aspect of our move with Allied I ve never done a big move interstate before and we went across Bass Strait I d DEFINITELY use them again

The whole process from the first initial phone call to the delivery to our new house went so well We needed to have our furniture stored for about a week in between properties The guys were very efficient and knew exactly how to pack the truck They were very careful with our possessions and also a lot of fun We had very good communication along the way Nothing was too much trouble I would recommend Allied if you are moving house

I was quoted that my removals would take 6-8 weeks from Canberra-Adelaide as I only had a small amount of items however my belongings arrived in Adelaide within 2 weeks It was a quick and easy process and all my belongings appear to be in the same state as how I left them

Moving from Melbourne to Airlie Beach

The team who picked up our furniture were efficient and engaged We loved the music they played - especially as it was a difficult time for us I think though there was a misunderstanding - I understood the team to collect the goods would also pack - could I suggest clearer communication in future for those of us not familiar with the difference bw packing and uplifting Unfortunately the team who delivered our goods was too small to manage the load My husband was happy to help and did so but it was heavy and hot work for the team
