Just received my new Koolux BK6 electric bike from AlphaScootz I am having a real blast riding this bike After trying all the new super light e-bikes around the country I am very happy that I chose Koolux BK6 The limited one is top notch I am a tiny woman and this bike gave me plenty of confidence and I will certainly improve my riding A huge Thank You to AlphaScootz Team

Ordered online so had no contact with staff however order was placed on Thursday evening bike arrived on Monday took around 30 mins to assemble and have to say quality is very good for the price Would definitely recommend this company and would have no hesitation to purchase from again

Communication with Alphascootz was good when the bike arrived the front headlight was broken contacted Alphascootz and a few weeks later a new headlight arrived Now for the bike it is much heavier than I expected when it s folded i think it s best to remove the battery first i have had the bike for a few weeks now and it s great steep hills are effortlessly with the gears and the motor i have had lots of comments on how good the bike looks as yet I am very satisfied with the purchase
