I ordered two weeks ago a product from Amazon de and I have to admit that the awful things I have heard about them made me highly reluctant to choose whether to use their company or not for buying my car parts Their competitive pricing and their extremely low shipping cost of 4 taking into consideration that the parts were shipped across half of Europe made me overlook the negative reviews and give them a try The part finder system is kind of inaccurate but not completely wrong and their product photos did not match the actual colour of the product other than that I paid 25 less by using them and the items arrived quickly and without any problem Solid 4 5 experience I did not try the customer service which I see people are complaining about but the one thing I can guarantee is that there is not way this company deserves a rating of 1 8 stars

Really fast shipping and helpful customer service I had ordered a mat on the 27th and it arrived on the 28th April Only concern is that the heating mat i received doesnt live up to its description and expectations it says that the mat should heat up until 30-40 degree Celsius but its more like 15-20 degrees So just make sure that the product has lots of good reviews to assure good quality items

So much choice Sometimes too much by now unfortunately Product categories that rely less on big brands have become quite difficult to navigate But luckily you always get help if something goes wrong an item is defective or simply of too low quality Shipping is super fast and usually very transparent After moving to Denmark the higher VAT and shipping costs only slightly reduce the attractiveness The experience is still better than most Danish webshops

Been a customer for many many years now and I think they deserve a 4 fully Items always arrive and raraly late If an item does not work you can easily send it back although last time had to do it you had to pay for return shipping even if the item came broken However the customer service is sometimes hard to reach But the worse thing is that you cannot always be sure of the authenticity of the items especially electronics from the many third party sellers And some of the positive reviews on these items are clearly fake

Amazon de Germany is a very good alternative to Amazon es Spain where I normally buy from The German website also has everything in English which doesn t happen on the Spanish site They also have a lot more items made in the EU not China I recently needed new beanie hats made from Merino wool not acrylic Ordered 2 from Germany excellent quality manufactured in Greece good price and delivered in 4 days

Fast delivery good return policy Of course Amazon also has problems when for example the warehouse is full the product is not accepted and it is returned or when the automated system sends an incorrect product or message or the system is unable to collect money from the account but the support always fixes everything

I really dont understand that Amazon de only has 1 8 5 And also a lot of bad reviews i ordered A LOT of gel polish since Im a nail tech On my app it Said One of the packages would arrive 7 days after ordered and the other one only 5 But to my surprise they both came to my door 3 days after I ordered So if you are from Denmark like me you can safely buy from there just make sure to check if they have a number in Germany and if it says that it ships to Denmark or your location SOOOO HAPPY

Very great customer service Most of the time as a customer I feel heard and understood and am offered a solution that suits my needs and expectation

I hope that at Amazon de they treat their employees like they treat their clients Always got an excellent service the very few times things went wrong Very fast response Very quick deliveries Always got products that were in accordance with descriptions so that I knew what I was buying
