The Shipping and handling is going very professionally and done free of charge in some cases props for using Bpost National government shipping and a different country but i think it s SLOW WHY The Netherlands ships my products to Belgium in 1 DAY how does it take 4 days and the products are often expensive and need Amazon Prime to be delived in bulk every month is a bit unrealistic for the average consumer

Great overall but inconsistency with the suppliers degrade the quality Suppliers should be required to have the same standards you have Had an issue that because of 1 item my entire order was held up for 6 weeks after cancelling most of my order and buying locally 1 Item is still pending 8 weeks later with no sign of it WD40 Who would image it would be so hard Order still pending

Amazon UK s customer service aims to help the customer whenever possible Amazon de s customer service aims to put every obstacle in the way of helping the customer I won t be buying from them again And to get my money back I ll just cancel prime in the UK for a bit After placing this review my issue was sorted out

Top notch customer service

Many things can be said about Amazon and their products but their policy on customer service is excellent and others should learn from that I had some problems ordering on Prime Day with wrong shipping fees some items that were not available to ship to Sweden but when I contacted customer service they fixed all problems asap and even refunded me two months of Prime subscription Top notch customer service

Some products doesn t arrive I bought a jacket and it just didn t arrived I contacted the support team but they don t response Sometimes the supplier is way different I bought a headset from geargamers and the product came within 7 days Not bad But I don t understand why some companys still selling while they don t deliver

Best e-commerce ever Prices are extremely competitive customer service is excellent and returning items is very easy Every 10 orders something may happen so you have to contact the seller or support but overall the service they offer is really good

Quick to deliver predictable cheap has everything always refunded me when there was a problem The only stain is collaboration with DHL where they don t let you choose between flawless Amazon delivery and never working DHL Please get into general shipping and put DHL out of business

i ve never had a bad experience One time my package got lost and they gave me a refund without problems only negative thing is that packaging is not the best They just throw your item in a box and that s it i wouldn t buy anything fragile

Overall it was a great experience Coming from overseas Amazon isnt that popular in Australia However here its great to have access to pretty much everything online
