There are some perks to prime but my opinion is you really only get most the advantage if you are shopaholic and even then half the time you get free shopping for being a member shipping free anyway then there s the movies Isn t that part of a TV app subscription no they want theater prices to watch a new movie not buy rent Then you also get all the fees that just pop up on your cc from nowhere just amazon I ve went a year without having a subscription and kept my card off unless I wanted to order because of these charges well I needed something entered a card probably even a different card instantly get hit hit with like a 5 charge for nothing no order yet no sign up and I couldn t have a balance because I only use prepaid cards and pay in full but the part that passes me off most is the show adds for movies like you d normally get with a subscription you subscribe and they want another 20 to watch the movie I ll wait until a less greedy puts it out for free or I ll go to theater and maybe pay afrew more bucks in snacks or maybe tu u will come out with a tv app and continue to gain space on Amazon Chinese or bot they are not greedy

Hello everyone I just want to tell you that I order a phone delivery got late but the product is superb and they gave me good discount

I ordered a product for my cats from the Amazon de marketplace The package has not arrived after several weeks of waiting Untraceable due to missing carrier name and vague unidentified tracking number The seller Ayem Shop did not respond to my message but Amazon de s customer service did They refunded my money within a week of my claim These stars go to Amazon customer service I can t give five stars though after all I didn t receive my order Amazon could go through Customer Reviews and terminate contracts with poorly performing sellers

In the last 3 years I had 40 orders with Amazon that went relatively smooth This November out of 3 orders 2 were not delivered even though marked as delivered to the postbox And the 3d one got me two packs of vitamins with a super-short best-before date and a lotion that smelled like it s already expired I had to contact Support several times wasting my time on getting refunds for all these bad luck sequences Never thought shopping online can be such a tiresome lottery

I have once again correct and positive delivery from Amazon De All products meets the expectations the only problem I have is there are a delay in on item Sure I will use Amazon de again

The store is good u can done all ur problems with cancelations or returns easy mostly items have a good quality but big problems with payments methods if u have a girocard there are no way to pay without problems mostly i have to chose another store because of payments problems in Germany there should add a Klarna or PayPAL to make a payments easily i should gave 3 5 stars

The productpictures where much better as in reality The parts did not fit at all The product was not usable at all Return initially not possible At the end Amazon offered a pleasant solution

Great website with a lot of variety nearly as much as amazon com but available in Europe for much lower shipping costs and the ability to pay with national methods Products have always arrived at estimated time of delivery which is kept up-to-date very well by the amazon de app which is also very easy to use I would recommend them but be aware of the different sellers for a product which could mean your product takes longer to ship or is being delivered in a different state than new

In theory a good company though very badly organised They are in almost every country but claim to be completely different companies which causes all kinds of problems My package was stolen by DHL no surprise here and i had to make a huge effort to finally get my money back But OK they did pay me back in the end

I am a satified customer Quick delivery great offers But some sellers are not so great and amazon should do something about that Like Chinese sellers that ask for little money but charge expensive deliveryfees so you cannot never get your full money back Or other oversees deliveries Keyline when it looks to good to be true it usually is No other complains so far
