Airnee s partnership with Amazon is a joke You order with no way of knowing airnee will be your shipper Ordering to a business address Too bad They will try to deliver it in the middle of the night when the building is closed and then send it back canceling your order Enormous waste of time for business customers I ve ordered from Amazon for 25 years and this situation in Denmark makes it the worst online option I Denmark right now My calls to 5 desperate amazon employees were all helpless and hopeless to simply get me my packages What is going on

We are about to lose 740 euro because

We are about to lose 740 euro because amazone de is a big scam In december we bought from Amazon 2 iphones sold by amazon bot a third party shady seller We bought an Iphone 14 pro and an Iphone 14 plus We live in Romania so we receied the first package after 2 weeks It should have been an Iphone 14 plus or this is what the awb said Actually it was a small box of christmas lights We contacted amazon and made a return request Next day we gave the return package to the delivary guy This was on the 9th of December 2023 So far Amazon didn t gave us any refund told us that the package is lost and there is nothing we can do about it We called and emailed everyone and everyone is saying that the package got stuck somewhere in Germany Unfortunatly no one from Amazon de understand anything because we only get people from India that have less than 1 neurone and ether they don t want to help us or not understand the gravity of the situation So far nothing has been resolved and we are -740 euros At some point probably we will start legal actions because we ren out of patience Moral of the story Don t order from Amazon de because it is a big Scam

Damaged goods and lying customer service

I ordered some cat food The cans arrived dented and damaged They refunded the cans and promised free postage for the next order when it arrives I made a new order and got back to them like I was requested But it was a lie I keep ketting the answer you got wrong information from us we don t give you free postage sorry we promised it earlier but we can t help you So they just plainly lied about free postage and the customer service is really bad - just copy-paste answers So first I get poorly packed damaged goods and then an unkept promise to have my next order postage free I will never make another order from them and I don t recommend this cheating store to anyone else either

Not buying with Airmee carrier services ever again Dear Amazon deI cannot choose which national carrier you use but this time you have pursued low cost to the detriment of functional delivery services When I order several items which make up an expensive purchase for me I do NOT want the package left outside SOMEONE ELSE S DOOR or for that matter LEFT OUTSIDE MY DOOR And I don t care if there is a photo of the package after it is put down It is just lying there for anyone to pick up You don t let me choose the carrier so I can t buy from you anymore Have you gone completely mad Would you as a company accept expensive items left outside your door with no delivery hand-over from the carrier to any actual person And if not why on earth should I

Premium Shipping Maybe the term Economy Shipping with Luck would be more the term

We ordered a Tupperware product and selected PREMIUM SHIPPING with a delivery date But the product was NOT DELIVERED on the date promised Amazon de blames DPD for the failure But they do nothing to get it delivered on the next work day So they make a purchase contract take the money but do not deliver on time That has nothing to do with premium shipping And the customer service just tells us to wait another week What a disaster

When returning a purchased product - Amazon de sit on the return approved and documented received parcel in until now - MORE THAN A WEEK - WHAT IS GOING ON Have you already fired all your personal and replaced them completely and now depending on AI and other stupid robots to handle your sorry business

Amazon de outsmart me this is unfair

am really dissapointed with Amazon de l paid for items l bought in december 2023 and according to Amazon de they said am surpose to pay in addition 31 63 for Amazon Weihnachtabrechnung 2023 normally they are surpose to write me email or send me letter to remind me but l did not receive any message in the app nor email or warning letter all of a sudden l received 2 warning letters on the 04 03 2024 from Riverty Amazon that l should pay 36 46 and on the 05 03 2024 l received Email from Inkasso that l should pay 55 00 that they ve increase almost 20 because Amazon de forwarded it to them is obvious they wrote the Mahnung letter in Feb 2024 and kept it till march 2024 before they send just to extract money from me This is Fishy and unfair total unacceptable l will surely unsubscribe from Amazon de to avoid any future inconvinient

False delivery dates

False delivery dates had 2 shippments delayed and they didn t even offered to refund the value of the shipping Lesson learned thankfully there s plenty of other stores with better service

Unsuccesful in disabling 2FA for 5 years

I have contacted and paid international phone-fees several times 5 to get access to my amazon com account with digital purchases at least 5 times over the last 5 years Each time the same thing happens After I finally get to a representative who can disable the 2FA from the old phone number it works for 2 weeks to 1 month and then the old phone number is re-enabled as 2FA on the account - completely without any action from my part Amazon doesn t prioritize Account Recovery otherwise there would be steps for customers to follow to disable 2FA indefinetily and regain access to the account This is clearly not a priority however they must assume everyone is creating new accounts - or simpy don t care It is extremely illogical that current account login information is overwritten with old information incl 2FA phone number but this is what happens I can t access any of my digital purchases because amazon keeps locking me out of my account This has never been an issue from my part This is an amazon IT department technical issue relating to the account logins I can t be the only person in the world this happens to but I can only imagine that they are losing business cuz I have avoided amazon in every of my purchases if available elsewhere anytime I d even pay more to avoid amazon because this site is simply broken What I think happens as a qualified software developer is that I think amazon has some legacy software between its site networks that might restore or synchronize an old backup incl 2FA between accounts There is no other logical explanation But what is logical and completely reasonable to understand is that I will avoid amazon at all costs for all purchases Horrible company horrible services horrible customer support Avoid this trap

Huge dissapointment

Amazon de service was a huge dissapointment I ve ordered a computer mouse on 26 November as a part of a multiple item order While eveything else was delivered this one item was late and I was reassured by multiple support agents I just need to wait some more Finally on 3 February more than 2 months later I was advised to cancel my previous order and make na new one With Expedited delivery 11 March was set as guaranteed delivery date On 11 March I received an email that it will be delivered on April 17 while hours before it was stated Today by 8 PM Last week I checked with support and was reassured it will be delivered on time I got back to customer support to find a solution or an alternative item that could get delivered in a week But they could not help me I m an idiot for waiting this long
