Good service but I need to comment something

I had to comment because it is mind blowing for me how some people can give something a one star review just because they are too stupid to read the license contract What a scam says 16 per month but charges 200 per year It says before you buy it - billed anually Read the terms of use Read the license contract before you comment I had an Artlist subscription and when I decided to cancel it on 27th March 2020 I just checked the FAQ and it is very easy to and the explanation is clear Look around and read you lazy f cks before you give someone a bad review It is your fault not the company you should be rated one star as a customer

Increase your business

I am pleased with the service over the past two years and the results are very impressive to my clients It appears that the argument is the 16 per month offer Okay you are looking at an 8 00 difference annually and I agree that Artlist should correct that error Quite frankly music and video footage licensing is very expensive I have licensed one song that cost me 20 000 So if you are not generating enough business income to cover the 200 annual fee for this type of original music maybe you should consider another line of work Even in tight times as a professional you should be able to at least generate a 6 figure income easily otherwise it s just a hobby

Artlist Review Update

My subscription was renewed and I did not want it to be renewed They charged my bank of america I have been trying to contact art list to get a refund and cancel the subscription but I have received no reply Frustrating UPDATE Shortly after this review went live I was contacted by Art list and they immediately granted me a refund and apologized for my frustration The refund is pending in my account and everything seems to be good The real issue here is you do not get to speak to a person but rather everything must be electronically communicated That works most of the time but I feel issues get resolved better when you re actually speaking to a person initially

Overall great experience

A vast catalogue of music and SFX but sometimes it is very hard to find what you exactly need and filters are not very helpful but overall good experience A little expensive on the subscription fee Support team is greatly helpful

Great value for the price but I have some questions

PositiveGreat music for the price It works well with my work I do small web videos for small companies so normally I would need to pay 50 for one music track NegativeI had some trouble whit copyright claims from Instagram Fair payment to the artists haven t been subscription services strength Spotify and I can t find any information on this subject with a quick Google search So I m rightfully a little bit worried

Very Convenient

Definitely a site for content creators and any sort of artist Easier than going through the hassle of getting the rights to music yourself and paying a fortune for it The site is simple to navigate and self explanatory Will definitely use more often

Artlist is a good choice

I am happy with using Artlist But there is still a space for improvement I would like to have a mobile app just for a quick selections on the way so I can continue on PC when I come back home Sometimes going through the songs is really slow I would also appreciate more filters There are situations that I am not able to find the type of music I would like to But generally I am satisfied
