BE AWARE OF THE PAYMENT

Be aware of the payment Artlist charged me immediately for one full year of acsess when signing up to get a license where I believed that I would be charged monthly Artlist are very happy to write on their webpage that a montly price is 16 USD Also under the subject payment on their webpage its not very transparent how much you will actually be charged by becomming a member Artlist could be MUCH more transparant about how much an upcoming costumor will have to pay by signing up Its not okay the way they do it Im new to the site but I have been very satisfied with Artlists catalog when browsing around They have a broad selection of music that I have been looking for But their payment principels are not cool

great music and sounds effects TERRIBLE WEBSITE DO NOT USE You get to listen to about 5 songs to see if it will work for your project and then it freezes and you can t use it again for 30 minutes even if you refresh clear cache etc WASTE OF MONEY

199 bucks for a service that has less and less of new tracks instrument variety is stupidly low vocal filters often don t work and the search option is really clunky you have to know precisely a track that is on the site

I forgot my password and i tried 1000 time to reset it they never send me a link to my Email i tried to contact them through the website 6 times no ANSWER I sent them 2 emails to the help email support still the same I m wondering if they will ever answer

I am a video editor and I ve tried several different websites I find Artist SUPER limited I want to find a basic electronic music and I have like 5 options I can t find anything I am looking for with basic keywords The filters are very limited too As soon as I add a filter like the min duration of the song gets impossible to find options Not worth it in my opinion I prefer to pay more and have a complete selection In my opinion the checkout is terrible too This is a music website it should be the easiest thing to download a song But no It goes into your e-mail So or you go to your e-mail and if you are using your client s account this is not possible to get the song or you have to press FIVE buttons in different windows to be able to download Very poor UX On other websites is literally Select song - download One click No windows pages e-mails involved

The service itself is amazing but The only way to unsubscribe is to write an email to Artlist On top of this their costumer service is extremely poor I sent a cancelation email at April 16th that still hasn t been answered This morning they just billed me 199 for the next year This is completely ridiculous and makes no sense considering how nice the actual service is to use I would have gladly givin it 5 stars if I had the ability to say no to another year

Site never works

Great service when it works but unfortunately this rarely happens It seems like they used all of their budget for programming on getting Youtubers to promote their service Also their FAQ and Support won t work either I was so stoked about this site at first but after using it for a couple of months I regret every penny I spent on this product Hope they get around to fix these serious issues

I am a composer and Artlist did not want me to collaborate with them no reasons just this short answer Thanks again for submitting your music to Artlist s review process Currently we do not a have a spot for it in our catalog but we will keep your contact info and let you know if something becomes available in the future My music is quite cinematic and nevertheless suitable for a soundtrack of a video Here in France some filmmakers use my music so I don t understand this answer Why be so strict in the musical selection when there are so many styles of films and so many different musics with different universes Artlist is not opened Ok i go somewhere else
