Today is annual service day Once again great comms text message telling me time that Dom will arrive and like clockwork there he was to the minute With his usual efficiency and good cheers he gave the old girl the TLC she needed as with a smile was in his way Top service as always guys

Jodie assisted me in getting an urgent appointment as my boiler was leaking She was very understanding and put me at ease

Scott was extremely helpful and listened to my problem unfortunately the thermostat isn t working and he has arranged for an engineer to call at my house tomorrow to rectify the issue
