Airport shuttle decided they did not want to wait because our flight was delayed although I paid in full The actual hire company was TangerineLeft stranded at Faro airport all the other shuttle drivers waited for their customers Managed to hire from another hire company Best Deal who decided to wait for man who was on the same flight as meApparently they are known for doing this according to A man at the car park hire deskRefused a refund because we were late although they had our flight details Do not use this company if you are going to be late because they don t care

when i went to use the site they gave deception

when i went to use the site they gave me a list of car companies I deliberately did not pick europcar as we had a very bad experience so i used international suplier further down the list Once i had booked it i get the confirmation and it is exactly what i didnt want europcar I called to cancel but they said the only way to cancel was to lose 50 I have already lost too much money on carhire companies that do not offer what they say I would not use this company again its truly deceptive Also online I booked full insurance I get to checkout and they don t recognise this insurance I would have to pay damage then take it up with auto Europe as the provider I do not expect to be paying and chasing them if there is a problem europcar doesn t accept this insurance and wanted to charge the same price again for the rental for insurance

Cancellation

I wanted to rent the car to take my parents to the doctor The doctor s appointment changed and I couldn t change the dates of the rental I called to the headquarters in Athens multiple times I was connected to the reservations department but noone was picking up the phone In Alexandroupoli they told me they couldn t change the dates so in the end I lost all the money Next time I ll book it directly by calling the provider and not online through a 3rd party

The company did not give car to us Aa claiming the driving licence is not valid But another company gave fhe car without any issue

Full Insurance Option Missing on Few Rental Bookings

I did not find any option for full insurance booking When asked they say they are dependent on the rental company to allow that option It really does not make sense The rental company insurance is totally different from their insurance Totally misleading the customer at times

They charged me abbusive taxes

They charged me abbusive taxes I am a disabled person and parked on a disabled spot I got a parking fine issued by mistake of Parkingeye ltd but after claiming it was cancelled neverthless Green Motion would not refund the management tax for this Moreover the management tax is almost as big as the rental contract

Id prefer not to give them a star at all Paid 40 euros to fast track the 2 hour wait at Palma Extremely un helpful man on the desk Would not allow us the pay the 1000euro deposit with a debit card My husband had a credit card but the booking in my name Auto Europe would not ammend the booking name for us so ontop of the 82 paid to auto europe we paid an additional 200 euros for 5 days rental If it sound too cheap when you book there are consequences at arrival airport

When I searched yesterday afternoon

When I searched yesterday afternoon could find my car for 92 Euro As I did not book my flight ticket I had to wait with car rental When I checked in the evening could find the car for166 Euro however when I moved to payment it was increased to 176 Euro Today morning I called with Beatrice and therefor I am writing this feedback After my payment reservation I checked again for same car and found price of 163 Euro I made a screenshot of this but it looks like I cannot attach this Hope you can find a way to adjust and refund the access I have paid Thanks Erik
