Not as much or as clear information as I would like Would have liked a clearer comparison chart with more details The website itself is not all that attractive

Nice car However upon return I received a copy of closing the agreement which showed a pic of the car with a very big dent we had nothing to do with that After disucssions with your staff it appears that that was an old dent how can you scare and or irritate customers with old pics situations without explaining anything This is not good customer care

when we arrive the Herz desk in Barcelona informed us that our buyed isurance not valid in Herz company Its only valid Auto Europe company And if something happened we must pay to Herz company and then ask back from Auto Europe When we ordered car from internet it was not sayed Why

Clear overview of car prices but not also on Partners I booked Alamo in Italy and found myself dealing with LocAuto This was nowhere mentioned and I had a bad experience with LocAuto This is why I chose to pay more for a renamed company and not a local unknown one

Madrid has two main airport Terminal 1 and 4your web site do not indicate that which may be a problem when I arrive late at night at T4 and the car might be in terminal 1 other web site do indicate that dont know how to inform the rental company

Just frustrated to have lost 100 plus because I didn t know that my booking with Sicily by Car cannot be collected a day later But very happy to have found a car at very good price with Surprice

I thought the way the page lines up with the various car rental agencies is helpful so you can easily compare the cars and the costs The only challenge I had was whether I could see the currency differences - I would prefer to see what the car costs in Euros when comparing the prices across other sites It took a long time to get confirmation on the payment I wondered if I had done something wrong

Renting a car in Portugal is the most difficult travel planning task I have encoutered in a long time The issue is figuring out how to thread the needle of when and where various car rental agencies would be open Plus the ever present surcharges and one-way drop fees Wow I wanted to rent and return a car at Porto Campanha train station Impossible Then I discovered by trial and error I had to turn it in at the airport As I was about to rent the car the ever-present ONE-WAY surcharge applied even though it s the same city and the other options are closed Frustrating The only way to know this information is by testing different rental plans

Didn t receive confirmation

When I made the payment I was told there were 3 items of my reservation to be checked I didn t receive any confirmation Why has this happened I looked into my website account and I see it is confirmed and the payment was authorised by my credit card April 11 23 37 received opinion request April 12 08 00 aprox sent my opinionApril 12 08 59 received booking confirmation OK
