Straight forward online process and received loan fairly quickly BUT a one hit wonder Despite the initial experience being good you will have difficulty acquiring a 2nd loan despite paying off the 1st one with no problems

Got a large loan from avant credit for home improvements and debt consolidation It is a long process and anyone looking for a quick loan decision might be disappointed It was a full week from initial application to receiving the funds There is very little communication and you have to do a lot of chasing and when you do call consumer services you end up with a call handler in the US which is frustrating

Customer service was very unhelpful

Customer service was very unhelpful when calling and no continuity of assisting with problems Fell into payment difficulty and set up a plan with them and a few months later they sold my account on to a debt management company without any warning If this company had been a uk lender and not a USA based company I suspect I would have been treat better Again another company who throws money at you but doesn t want to help if you get into difficulty

Multiply money laundering searches on my credit report from Avant credit Not long ago did quotation search for a home improvements loan been shown in the results a pre-approved loan by avant credit but decided to go with the ones with better rates Now they do AML search on my profile almost every month Can t be good

I took out two loans with Avant Credit

I took out two loans with Avant Credit They both totalled 5000 I should never have been given them as I was a compulsive gambler at that time and had already over 12000 debt made up of payday loans and personal loans I do appreciate that it was me who applied at the time and I knew and was told their interest rates but as a compulsive gambler I would have agreed to anything for the funds I made a complaint over 13 months ago andAvant Credit took a long time in replying and investigating the complaint which eventually went to the FOS They agreed with me and I was awarded over 2400 six weeks ago Again Avant we re slow to react but today I have received full payment My advice would be to stick with it as Avant will respect decisions awarded against them by FOS

Good Quality Service

If u need loan for the purpose of holidays or any other reason just contact avan credit m it will take less than a day and payment will be in your account u don t need to provide them any guarantor or security for your desposit Definitely recommend it to everyone

good company small confusion

Found the application easy and straight forward to use quick response and a good route in helping me build up my credit rating I wasn t sure whether I would get accepted and avant have helped me get back on track plus the interest rate wasn t stupid very reasonable I thought thanks avant

Approved for loan funds reached my account the same day by midnight However most of the application was done through email calls instead of through their website I refuse to give anyone my bank login details Very happy with the outcome but my recommendation is to initially apply online then when it comes to handing over personal information bank details payslips proof of income and job etc communicate through email and send documents as attachments Lady who I spoke to on the phone was very helpful

quite an easy process

Ok I ll admit I was a little dubious at first but they were very professional Little bit of back and forth getting the right details delayed my application but once everything was in order the money went in that day Friendly and effective people at the end of the phone no real hassle Thanks guys

Business Well Conducted

Good deduction and transferring funds Only issue was connecting to my bank account kept saying failed however it had connected as the email came through not long after saying accepted blah blah ect Only a minor thing but overall happy with the service just need to work on the technology slightly
