Very good just one problem

Very good but the only thing is I can t access my account online and after repeated attempts to fix the problem all they said was I didn t use my email to get a loan off them even though they email me

Credit building

For a loan company that actually advertises themselves as someone that can help build a better credit by offering loans to those with poor credit Which means they charge a large interest rate They don t actually seem to inform credit scoring agencies such as experian which means I m paying over the odds interest and not getting any benefit from it Not once have I missed or been late on a payment since taking out the loans 6 months or more ago I have never received a report on my credit score to show I m reliable Very disappointed and am unlikely to take out another loan with them again neither would I recommend them

Everything took a lot longer to sort out than expected But in the end a satisfactory result I am grateful to Avant because they were prepared to provide me with the money I required where other companies were not prepared to do so because of a low credit score despite the fact that I have never missed a payment on any agreement or exceeded my limits So I would expect lenders to appreciate this and my general financial record instead of just declining me on the basis of my credit score Avant obviously took everything into account and judged that I didn t constitute an unreasonable risk So thank you Avant

Quick to lend but crippling interest

Very quick to lend the amount needed to myself in october 2015 however upon writing this in almost December of 2016 i was very annoyed to find out id paid over 1000 to them but only 97 33 to the loan so far Thats 900 in interest only I will be praying this off in a lump sum asap

took one week to recive funds

After applying online sending all my proof documents and linking my bank account I was messaged each day to resend these items Which I did - this went on for a week Then suddenly I was approved and the funds were sent On the plus side The staff are friendly and polite I ve never had to wait that long to get through to a person

FAST AND EASY

I took out a loan with AvantCredit UK I was very happy with the way my loan application was handled and how prompt the loan was made My only problem with the loan I took out was the length of the repayments Where I wanted to pay it back I didnt notice till afterwards the length of the loan term was longer than I wished making the interest rate higher

Expensive loan

Avant should review their interest rate again it s for people with less than perfect credit score so by charging them higher interest avant is putting them into more debt and difficult circumstances so please try to review your interest rate and how you charge it as loans are meant to put some ease into your life and not make it more expensive thank you

Refused my request for a senior member to review my complaint

Put a irresponsible lending complaint in against the business and received a response not upholding The response was very standard and so I responded asking for a review from a senior member of the compliance team and addressed what they had said and asked for it to be reviewed again as they didn t consider any of the supporting information I sent that showed why it was irresponsible to lend Got a response back saying that it wouldn t be looked at again Sent to FOS today with all the supporting information that proves I was already in financial difficulty maxed out in overdraft and payday loans at the time Not happy at all as the evidence was there in front of them
