Early Days Yet

As a new customer I found the procedure easy to understand All those I spoken to were understanding and help The only problem I had which was an IT issue was repeatedly be asked to download the same information which when I contacted Avant themselves they told me to ignore Exceptional customer service team

Comparing Avant Credit Uk to some providers the process was relatively straight forward I did have an issue uploading my bank statement and phoned they guy was helpful and the issue resolved itself the next day I missed my deadline to pay the money but the loan came through the next day and my issue was sorted Thanks Cate

Very efficient and easy to use

In spite of some difficulties in my being able to compile the necessary documentation the staff was outstanding in helping me through the process The loan was as advertised delivered promptly and while it is unfortunate to have to borrow if ever the need developed again in the future AvantCredit is a company I would feel comfortable returning to

Good company to do business with

I ve only had this loan in place for effectively a couple of months so probably too soon to tell But so far communication seems to be very good the rate a little higher than i would have liked but beggars can t be choosers I guess the true test will arise if i m unable to make a payment how customer services handles those types of situations

Applied through clear score as they were recommended and had a low interest rate had trouble with one of my email addresses but the other worked fine Painless application but first I knew of being accepted was an email to say my direct debit would be taken out on Checked my account and money was there Would have been nice to be told other than that no complaints

Avantcredit is okay got a loan and paid it off Their emailing service is super slow so it s better to call Not sure I d get a second loan from them I d look into 0 credit cards first

I can t say I ve had a bad experience with Avant Credit They approved me with a loan in 2015 everything ran smoothly even in 2017 when I was injured in an accident unable to work they let do a reduced payment for 3 months but I had to enter into a DMP as my injuries were more significant than first thought I was going to be unable to work for quite some time Everybody I have ever spoken to at Avant Credit has always been polite friendly very helpful the majority of the time My only gripe is that they wouldn t let me change my payment date when I got a new job around 6 months after taking out the loan I was told I d signed an agreement for a specific date that is what the date would stay at
