The final bill is conflicting and does

The final bill is conflicting and does not have the correct return time hence I get charged an extra day for both insurance and the car Fuel deposit needs to be returned and other charges that I now can see after returning the car need to be addressed please I was not expecting this Very dissapointed

Although there is a preferred counter it is never manned making the single queue quite long and time consuming

Car hire returns

Nothing wrong with pick up or the car itself Drop off is a disaster It s outside the airport Chaotic process of returns and then a bus ride back to the terminal Give at least an extra 30 minutes to get back to the airport terminal

6 day hire

Booking online and receiving confirmation of the rental was easy and using the App is quite good however there are no features for obtaining zero excess insurance and costs This can only be done at the airport rental desk I only knew the costs of what I would have to pay when they e-mailed me the agreement however as I was driving at the time I only got the details when I arrived at my destination and was surprised to see the costs Therefore I think it would be good to know upfront what the total costs

Satisfactory but car wasn t particularly clean on the outside on pickup and had more dents and scratches than I ve had with other car hire companies at the same airport Belfast International
