SHIPPING IS SUPER SLOW

Got the product as described They said it would take 3 days I specifically ordered fast shipping paid 10 extra i was buying an ipad for school and i needed it within 3 days i only had a gaming laptop and my new school required an ipad i needed it for summative assesments and tests IT TOOK A WEEK EVEN WITH THE MOST EXPENSIVE SHIPPING OPTION Got crappy grades cause I had to use a 1st 2010 ipad i had wich didnt even have a scientific calculator or word powerpoint Also I ordered a perfect condition ipad and it came with several scratches on front and back I guess they were sort off small so that s kinda ok but still I paid more I got less

Iphone 12 supposedly delivered but never did in reality

I ordered an IPhone 12 on the back market site yesterday I got a message that it was delivered to me using Chronopost it indicated my name as the receiving person and that it was delivered in Ghent Thing is nobody delivered anything at the indicated time and I don t even live in Ghent Sent a message to them awaiting feedback Note that Back Market is only providing the platform and that anyone can use the platform to sell their goods Back Market does not seem to take responsibility if those resellers are scammers Hope this gets resolved Update 04 13 2023 The phone never arrived On a positive note Back Market refunded in full today after having me sign a form stating that i did not receive the phone at all I ll now retry ordering the same phone Hoping this time I ll receive a phone

After placing the order the order was rescinded twice

Two first times when I tried to buy a product it was rescinded the next day with the information that it was no longer available but on the site a product with exactly the same parameters was displayed with a lot heigher price

Backmarket is a trustworthy sale market In the start I was afraid of buying anything and I wasn t sure about the quality of the products but now I recommend this market to whoever is trying to purchase the right item

They re legit I was very sceptical of the website at first but they are good My only issues were unfaithful delivery window I paid for express delivery which promised 48 hours delivery but I got it a 5 days after and the lack of orignal charger for fast charging Nonetheless I would have given them a 5 because the phone was is very good condition and looked brand new even tho I got the cheaper option maybe I just got lucky
