Very easy to navigate when purchasing

So pleasant and easy to deal with No request was too difficult or too outlandish I had a lot of problems dealing with other insurance companies who had restrictions around return tickets and volunteering or working while away Let s hope they re as good if we need them while away All indications are good so far Highly recommended

Great experience

Great experience since it is very easy to find your way around and buy insurance I bought a one year backpacker insurance for a very decent price Haven t made any claims yet so not sure about that side of business but hopefully it will be alright

They were really helpful and super fast

They were really helpful and super fast acting I had to amend an error on my policy twice one error on their side and one on mine but both times the issue was resolved without any hassle and sorted almost instantly They also offer the most reasonable pricing for graduate visa insurance

Had some issues regarding my insurance coverage Gave the phone number a call Lady on the phone sorted me out in 5 minutes by updating my plan and helping me out big time I have had a really good experience with the company so far
