Wonderful service from Barrett staff

Right from our first meeting with Gemma our sales advisor at Hawk Rise Ledbury nothing has been to much trouble she has been outstanding She has provided updates and guidance throughout wonderful service We moved in to our new home last Friday 22nd September and George site manager has been on hand and answered all our questions and queries The service we have received to date has been excellent A huge thank you to Gemma and George

Great support from the site workers

The house itself is lovely There were a few things that needed fixing and replacing such as a cracked bathtub bannisters not stained sealed the patio door being extremely difficult to lock The toilet needed sorting as there was water trickling in from the cistern and one is awiaitng some parts to be replaced The garden is rather uneven and on an slant making it difficult to place any garden furniture somewhere The guys on site are probably the best part about the experience as they have been nothing but friendly accommodating and helpful

No drawing floor plan

Sales is service is very good and very nice but company policy needs to be improved no a copy of floor plan drawing layout of for studing when I reserved I hard to decide my optional and just has a package for optional no separated of each eg stove sink can t be changed individual feel very hard to make my option in new home Hopefully can accept buyer can get the drawing layout after reserved home

The sales advisor

The sales advisor Man Wai is outstanding and very explicit She provided us with all the details required and took us around the development site and to our plot The showroom was fantastic and we are quite pleased with the kitchen setup

The Sales Team are fab

The Sales Team are fab all equally competent The legal team were very slow did not answer some questions first time round felt like you were going in circles like buffering broadband and did not consistently return calls emails to be contacted or give updates Hence only gave 4 stars

Brooklands Phase 5B

I have recently moved to a Barratt Homes property in Brooklands Phase 5B and having a great time so far There has been few snagging issues but it has been rectified promptly by Florin Bufanu from their onsite team He s been patient and responsive to the queries raised Hope they will continue to serve their customers like that will remediate any upcoming issues in the near future

Great house lovely estate

Only knocked a star off due to some communication issues at the start of the process and then two extras being missed on the build but overall we are really happy with our new house and love the estate it s so clean bright and friendly Thanks to the Barratt Team at Victoria Mews Southport

From reservation to completion Barratt s offers a 5 star service

From reservation to completion everyone at Barratt Homes were extremely helpful and friendly No query was too small and the Sales Manager went the extra mile in making sure that we were pleased with our choice of house the fittings etc The assistant Site Manager spent a long time on our tour of the house explaining in great detail how everything worked and if we had a problem he would only be too pleased to help sort it when we collected our keys Barratt s even gave us a goody box to welcome us and the aftercare has been amazing We are really really pleased with the whole Barratt service

Had a good first home buying experience

Had a good first home buying experience with Barratt Homes at Lockwood Fields We had some small issues pre-completion and cleaning of house prior to handover however the sales team were really good throughout After we moved in I really want to highlight how well Tanner and the site team have helped us resolve initial snags and going above and beyond to ensure we are happy and has explained everything really well The house itself is mostly very good paintwork falls slightly short of expectation The nature of timber frame means the plasterboard is very thin The brickwork is excellent
