Appointment to buy a new home

I have an appointment on that day to buy a new home at Barratt I have met Eilene who is very kind and helpful throughout the process She explained the cost place to buy showed detail about the house and the money I need to arrange for the deposit She also engaged me with a mortgage advisor who can help me with the stuff about mortgage whom is also very helpful As a buyer of newly buy a property it is very difficult to deal with these process unless I get a hand from the developer site Therefore I would like to appreciate all the utmost supports that Eilene gave me I just want to say thank all of you very much and wish Barratt poceess more and more prosperous years ahead

Excellent sales team who were very thorough in answering all of our questions and we felt we could trust them Even though we didn t in the end go through with the purchase we felt Barratt s team were very understanding and helpful

Amazing experience with Helen and Nicky from the Chalker s Rise development in Peacehaven Both have been a staple in our home buying journey even though we didn t proceed due to personal reasons they ve been there for every step of the process Kind supportive and fun -- just what I expected when I first met them Their availability and lovely demeanour was truly one of a kind I don t think we could ve gone through the process without their superb attitude Working with you both has been such an enjoyable moment of our lives no matter the sad outcome -- you both deserve a raise and a promotion you re just too good Thank you again for the amazing experience as first time buyers we couldn t ask for anything better to be honest Love Gulden

Yesterday we made a reservation on a new home at Meadowburne place Eastbourne The sales staff were so helpful and made the whole reservation process really easy Ivan was the first adviser I met about a week before who told me all about the development and the local area For our 2nd viewing Hannah took us round and we reserved our plot there and then Hannah is a great ambassador for Barratt Homes She didn t just sell us a house but a home She was knowledgeable about the build the development and the local area Whilst we have a couple of months to go before we move in Hannah and Ivan both encouraged us to pop back if we had any questions and they both made the whole experience very pleasurable

We have just purchased our first home

We have just purchased our first home at the Wintringham site and the Barratt team have been superb from start to finish They have been very helpful explaining every single detail and taking us through the process step by step There were no surprises and everything was clearly explained The team was in contact with us throughout conveyancing and were always happy to answer any question The sales team are amazing greeting us with a big smile every single time We hope we have many happy years in our new home Thanks Barratt team
