I ordered before the 10pm cut off and paid for express next day shipping but it didn t arrive for 2 days that s the only reason for the lost star

The Dermalogica Agesmart item I needed was available and arrived within two days The bonus gifts usually come in handy Only downside is plastic still used in packaging

Special deal on Dermalogica set

I bought a set of Dermalogica moisturisers and cleansers I would not have paid the original price as most of the set is only 15mls They will be handy for travelling however and the packaging was very nice

Product is excellent unfortunately for me the package was damaged and leaking I am in the process of sorting it out with your staff This is only the second time this has happened in 15 years and I have always found that you have been very responsive to issues Regards Tim

The dermalogica products are great

The dermalogica products are great I have found offers at the invitation email cannot easily be taken advantage of For instance this time the email said I was eligible for free next day delivery When placing the order and paying that offer never seemed available as a free service

Good Value

A very good price compared to other companies and delivers on time Packaging could be better as the top of the product was broken but I would still use them again

Order delivered on time

Reading the reviews I ordered with trepidation expecting nothing to arrive But the shampoo I wanted was the cheapest price online and ordering with PayPal you re covered anyway No need to worry as items were delivered as advertised within 3 working days Only slight problem was that box had been damaged in transit with a very slight leakage of shampoo luckily they had taped over the ends of the bottles

Not perfect but all pretty good

Got concerned when I made the booking and it took a while to confirm through email and no order was showing on the site After about 15-20mins it was confirmed Everything else went smoothly The one point was purely deducted for it stated that if you make an order over 70 you would receive Free cleansing duo Although I did not choose BF for the Freebies I don t like it when people don t keep to their word Will probably get some excuse limited stock then they should take the advert offline as I purchased nearly a week ago and it is still up

Product is excellent but EVRi is not a great carrier They delivered to my neighbour whose house number is clearly displayed at their front door My Cottage has its name house number clearly displayed too but it s not my neighbour s

Good products

I was pleased with my Beauty Flash products except that I thought I was ordering a large KMS anti humidity seal and a 75ml spray arrived I should have realised that 150ml would not be available at the price I paid Ordering was straightforward and delivery prompt
