Good overall - slight packaging issue

New company for me they stock a wide range of products and I was able to find what I wanted easily Check out process was simple and delivery fast - only one slight issue - packing inside box wasn t great - shampoo bottle had opened and although no product had escaped maybe they need to actually wrap the items securely in bubble wrap Not sure why companies aren t clued on to this putting things in a box with minimal packaging to protect them isn t always enough - hence only 4 stars I d still use company again though hopefully they ll take this on board

Cannot review the products as yet as the courier is still to deliver The choice of courier is Evri - I ll be lucky to see my parcel within a fortnight Shame this will probably be last purchase with beauty flash down to their choice of courier Update products finally arrive As described

First stop shop for beauty products

Good selection of products available at competitive prices Prompt delivery I always get my Dermalogica products from Beauty Flash as price is good and get free samples

Great product

Great product always use dermalogica however delivered to wrong address and ended up sitting on top of a hedge all night until neighbour found it NOT HAPPY

Competitive prices and fast delivery

I have been a customer for a few years now They offer very competitive prices and always deliver quickly I only had to contact customer service once and they were very polite and resolved the issue promptly The only thing I am unhappy about is that the discount codes sent via email never work or expire too quickly If they had a better customer loyalty program I would give five stars

Good products but showed a box which I assumed was included but all items came separately which wasn t as nice for a present

Pleasant buying experience but packaging was a little excessive IMHO

My ordered arrived super quickly and the item was a good price However I think the packaging was a little excessive in terms of size but obviously this is just my opinion It was in a cardboard box rather than in plastic which was good and it may have been recycled too not sure on this but great if it was I wouldn t hesitate to buy from them again

Bit of a hiccup

Bit of a hiccup as I got email from delivery company to say being delivered on that day but in fact it arrived following day but to a neighbouring property Obviously not the fault of your company though Product eventually received is excellent
