The only thing that was an issue was the delivery time but everything else was good

Dealt with Charlie directly after having some issues he sent out all parts required very quickly and supported me with fitting the parts His calming and reassuring attitude has helped throughout the whole process

Brilliant company

We bought the turbo gaming bundle on the 28 December The build time was slightly longer than advertised but this is understandable as we ordered over the Christmas period The feedback from the company was exceptional letting us know that there was going to be a delay due to them dealing with a lot of orders and that certain components were being upgraded as the advertised ones were out of stock The system arrived on the 10 January and is absolutely amazing I wouldn t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking to get a computerThank you Bedrock Computers

Amazing service and product

from the first initial phone call to the visit to their HQ and the delivery of the PC it was brilliant charlie was always on hand to answer my many many questions as i had no idea about PCs my son was over the moon with his PC and his words were it s the best PC ever so thank you charlie and his team for making my sons christmas

Great company worth supporting with your business

Good communication good prices nice touch of putting a couple of bags of haribo in the box as it was for my son s birthday PC worked as soon as I plugged it all in and works great Would definitely use again and recommend to others My son is happy and when it comes time to get some upgrades I will definitely be going back to Bedrock

Placed an order in December still not received I called to be told I would receive a DPD code this week no code Messaged the owner no reply Will update once I get a reply After some confusion in communication Charlie called and we had a discussion I have now received a tracking number and my pc is on its way with added SSD to compensate for the delay Will 5 once I receive order within next few days Order received I didn t order a mouse and keyboard but turns on and has the specs I wanted extra SSD for the wait Perfect

They were very busy given the time of year so the delivery was delayed by a couple of days but the communication was great and service excellent Kept us up to date daily PC looks and works great so far would def recommend
