Firstly I d like to give a big Thank You to you guys there at Bedrock computers I was looking for a system for son and after lots of searches I settled on them Everything was what I was hoping and for a really great price It did come a little later than expected and after recent weather events was not surprised I was kept up to date with emails letting me know what s happening i was surprised how quick it came after dispatch so was happy with that All boxed nicely too and according to my son runs like a dream

I give 5 stars purely because the service I received was top notch There were some issues with delivery and items not being delivered but their communication and voluntary compensation made up for this Now I have everything I ordered

Helpful and efficient

Prior to ordering I needed advice on the best PC bundle to purchase Every time I emailed I received a polite honest helpful and detailed reply Any questions or issues I had were quickly answered or rectified I did have some issues with a damaged monitor and some parts that I ordered not being available but I was offered replacements of higher quality at no extra cost and the delivery was very quick too I highly recommend

Got the computer straight away get

Got the computer straight away get solid 60 fps on high and ultra graphics on allot of games Mainly use it for helldivers the last of us god of war and project zomboid Never had any issues and the team are sound if you ever need to email them about anything Will definitely be using them to upgrade in the near future

This is a new review it s an edit from what I wrote earlier This company have sent regular updates about my order I realise the problems were out of their control and they have tried extremely hard to get the order completed I know they are a family business and appreciate the communications I am now assured my order is complete and will be with me in next two days I find their communication and honesty refreshing as some would not bother to keep customer updated and would give excuses for bad service I would order from them again I would recommend them for any computer

Very helpful great service good value

We were unsure of what spec computer my son would need for the games platforms he wanted to use so in advance of ordering we asked for advice for his specific requirements Charlie got back to us really quickly with good knowledge giving us confidence we were getting the right thing It was easy to keep to our budget with the way you can build the order up and adjust it as you go We even got an unexpected case upgrade due to parts availability which was communicated to us in good time by Nick and caused no issue to us at all Delivery was swift and it has all worked perfectly from the first plug-in and since Lastly - I didn t know you could fit so many LEDs on a computer - it s a proper light show which my son loves

Brilliant customer service and advice The graphics card is bought was out of stock but instead of delaying delivery they included an upgraded version free of charge

Where do I start I 100 recommend this company I ordered two gaming PC s within days of each other and they were delivered so quickly Both run perfectly well and my boys are over the moon with them Two very happy boys and one very happy Mum Thank you Bedrock computers Will be back to purchase our 3rd PC next week birthdays are one after the other in this house

Great service over a busy period kept me updated during the whole thing and answered all questions I asked promptly Computer came in perfect condition and as advertised Runs smoothly all games I ve played Would definitely recommend
