Poor Service and Customer Care

We undertake 12-18 projects a year and this is our first and last time we will use Bella Bathrooms Generally poor service and poor aftercare Their courier claimed to deliver items which they never did Would not recommend Bella Bathrooms to anyone

Would recommend avoiding due to complete lack of customer service Complaints are also ignored by management Edit- you can tell by the embarassing response below that you probably want to avoid haha Interesting they can reply to a review but not a formal complaint

We didn t receive a phone call before

We didn t receive a phone call before delivery giving us a time a lot we were just told it would be in the next 24 48 hours When they arrived to deliver as I was at school collecting my children and now I have to pay another 40 delivery charge Ridiculous they should give you more notice

Do not recommend this seller

Do not recommend this seller I have ordered Scudo Brushed Brass Pop Up bath waste but instead they have sent me a clic clac one They want me to provide photos of the waste and box Which I hve provoded The lady in customer service said they have sent a right item as the item code on the box is same as the one on the website It doesn t matter the item in the box is not what they advertise on the website She said We are describing it the same as the manufacturer which is were we get the information from We cant advertise it differently I have checked Scudo website and they do not advertise as pop up It is clearly says it is clicker waste Very bad customer service They take your money but they will not resolve the problem they made Rubbish

Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience Where do I start Firstly I made an order on a Saturday to be informed it will be delivered on the Friday I then received an email to say that it would then be delivered the following Tuesday Then yet again I got an email saying due to damaged goods the delivery will be the Wednesday To top it off the bath tap I ordered was faulty I got in contact and was told a replacement will be sent out the next day This didn t happen and I m still waiting 3 days later Avoid this company at all costs

Fraud Avoid This company calls its customers liars Upon my order was processed they told me they can t send product as my home address was incorrect stating I didn t know my own address What an unprofessional behaviour from a customer service side They told me to do another order and when called back to check if all is ok they told me the same story that they can t send products as my address was invalid All bank payments went through Reported this company as scam and fraud to Uk banks

Super expensive shipping

Super expensive shipping - 7 95 for a pipe clip even though there shopping policy states 3 95 for extra small and the customer service team were unhelpful - as the response confirms customer service were unable to help to reflect the correct shipping price and therefore unhelpful Doesn t change my opinion the shipping is a rip off

No exchange or refund

I placed an order on 30th of april We did not open the package until today 17 06 24 I mistakenly ordered brass surround instead of silver on a shower screen When I rung the company to get a refund and replacement they were very polite but unhelpful No offer of an exchange Computer said no I guess

Never received items courier and Bella failed

I had made large order for two shower and bathrooms Bella Use a terrible courier service Katem 24 Products were due for delivery within 48 hours- actual order to delivery day was a week Courier failed to turn up on expected day- due to systems failure then promised before 10 am next day- but despite constant reassurance all morning they were on their way eventually turned up at 3 30 pm on Friday when all workmen had gone home Bella bathrooms claim not their fault as they don t own the courier service Then use a better one Don t recommend trying to buy from Bella bathrooms- unless you don t care when it turns up

We bought a shower tray from this

We bought a shower tray from this company that cracked almost immediately when reporting this to customer services it was suggested to us that this was due to poor fitting and that we would be charged 125 plus vat for their engineers to come and inspect to see if it was a fault with fitting meanwhile we would be without our shower for who knows how long therefore we have gone to another company for a replacement tray Customer services awful Avoid this company
