Decent enough experience buying from this company Item was delivered without damage so no problems Only slight niggle would be the delivery taking 3 days

Only 1 small criticism

The ordering process was easy the website was clear and the product looks great I do however have 1 criticism of product Its blue fronted and sided the inside is grey which is fine However the top is grey on outside and has the fittings exposed so I had to hang high enough on wall so I couldn t see this Which is a bit of a pain as we wanted it lower so could use the top as a shelf with a mirror on But again the colour and fluted doors look really great

All good apart from delivery

Order process was straight forward and tap cartridges good quality when received I was informed on Saturday that the order had been dispatched received on Thursday which was not quick hence no maximum rating Royal Mail with associated problems unfortunately

Good quality item really good value for money

The item is of good quality really good value and delivery was within a few working days so all good It would have been 5 stars but the outer packaging of items looks like an old cardboard box had been used and it was torn Luckily my items were not damaged In response to your reply the items were in their own boxes I was referring to the outer cardboard box which was torn

The response to my query was really quick and helpful Ordering was friendly and helpful Delivery was fine - but i was only told about next day delivery the night before with no option to change the expected time no option to say where to leave it and no phone number to contact them Luckily I was in

No delivery after a phone call

I had a phone call on Monday telling me my delivery was coming the next day so had a day off work and hey ho a waste of time no delivery no phone call and no email so what happens now Correct I don t know Now been delivered yea a day late but the driver was very good and helpful so better late than never

Good customer service

Very easy to contact and deal with a slight issue with one of the products ordered delivery dates Recieved and email to say the whole order would be sent out as soon as the vanity cabinet handle was available I chased this up with a phone call to customer services asking for the rest to be delivered and the handle to follow as soon as available Good communication and delivery when stated for most of the order Just waitng on the handle now Products good quality and value for money I would recommend and order again from them in the future

customer service was very good but the bathroom vanity unit was not of the quality I was expecting This is due to the unit not being throughly cleaned during manufacture Bella Bathrooms offered to exchange the unit but a bit of elbow grease cured the problem
