The vanity unit was broken when delivered

Very disappointing service I spent a lot of money with this company ordering a relatively expensive toilet pan connector which was recommended as compatible by the company and accessories On fitting the toilet today the connector is not compatible for the toilet space I therefore asked to return the connector not the other items I completely appreciate that I am slightly outside of the 14 days return period however in light of the fact that this was specifically a recommended product and now cannot be used by me I expected an exception would be made allowing me to return the connector and purchase a new one They would not budge however which is highly disappointing in circumstances where I spent a lot of money and purchased something incompatible which they recommended It would be no loss to the company to accept a return but it is a loss to me I would be wary of ordering recommended products from the company especially if you are unlikely to fit the goods within 14 days Disappointed and because of this I would not shop with this company again which is a shame as in my mind it was a relatively small issue which could have easily been resolved with good customer service

The products are reasonable priced and a prompt delivery service is on offer The Packaging and customer service department requires attention Having recently purchased some plumbing waste traps and adding a discount code at checkout I was later emailed to say I had clicked click and collect at checkout Having explained to the customer service person that I had added a discount code and that the delivery fee had been taken away from my final bill cost She then advised me that you do not have a discount code or free delivery for any less than 1000 purchase Waiting urgently for these products to complete a job to I then called in to pay the extortionate delivery fee of under 8 00 for an item of such weight any reputable delivery service provider would have taken around 3 00 In addition to that poor experience thenext day I was emailed again to ask if what I had ordered was correct in the package To my astonishment upon opening the package found it to be not one but 2 expensive bathroom cabinets Being honest as I m I informed them of this to be told dispatch department had mixed up my and someone else s packages After declining my free delivery discount code I m delighted with my product but customer service and dispatch departments require some work

Didn t turn up on the day they said twice and didn t offer any explanation as to why Caused a delay in getting our bathroom done

Two items not sent click clack for sink and waste for sink both paid for money not returned and very difficult to get in touch Driver not at all helpful very angry and not a picture from the wall

I received a message on day of delivery stating delivery would be between 2 and 4 with no idea who it was from I thought it was spam or what was being delivered I was under the impression from the order details that contact would be made to arrange delivery

Had to wait two weeks for items the website said were available for immediate dispatch Messed around on three separate occasions by the office who told me different items were not in stock despite the website saying they were Hugely inconvenient because I lost my plumber and when I asked the office for a gesture to compensate for the inconvenience having to chase my order and being falsely sold items stated as immediately available I was told that is not something Bella Bathrooms do

Ordered at reasonable price but stoll waiting for delivery Was advised delivery expected 5 March but still waiting on 10th Possibly should look at other delivery means

I wish I have read the reviews before made a purchase at this online company They will not give you the option to split the order even though their company is the reason holding back orders and could not deliver as they promised Moreover I have emailed and called many times to confirm the delivery date the customer service will not anything to help but saying it is out of their control and it is due to the manufacturer Getting a refund of the delivery charge is impossible and their customer service will not care once they got the money Please be aware if you have a timeframe for the project as their response will be The items on our website show an estimated dispatch time this is estimated and unfortunately not guaranteed We do advise that you don t arrange the fitting of the goods until they are received and checked

The cabinet was well packed and delivered on time The driver had difficulty in delivering the package due to it being over the reccomended lifting weight for one man and no assistant I was asked to help unload
