Not interested in quick replacement

Speedy delivery shower tray damaged Failed to get another replacement out quick Was told they would try and get one for delivery 7 days after reporting it Lost whole weeks work As a trader this is unacceptable

Good service but poor product

Bella Bathrooms provided a great service and delivered my shower tray promptly however when the tray arrived it had mold on it I thought it was just on the protective tape but it was also on the tray and took a lot of cleaning to get rid of it Also the riser kit was poor quality and failed after fitting it

No contact prior to delivery

No contact prior to delivery being made and refused to accept either human or system error on their part Thank you for your response but as I said to you in our discussions there was nothing in spam or junk I ve worked in IT for over thirty years and know how to manage my emails You sent proof that emails were generated but not they were sent to MY email account And again my IT experience says this is either a system fault or human error on the part of you or the courier company This is something you refuse to accept

Order payment and delivery fine Product absolutely not as expected and returned for refund at enormous hassle Never usually buy online but was pressed for time Confirms all my fears about online shopping so never again

My order was processed promptly and that was fine However delivery was awful The delivery man was rude unhelpful and left a pensioner to move the heavy shower tray from the lift to my apartment I would therefore find it hard to recommend this company to other pensioners

Poor Service

Their delivery driver was really rude and upset my wife The company used for deliveries was untruthful and sought to deceive Their customer service team were unhelpful and dismissive

Unfortunately messed my order up

Unfortunately messed my order up I went for the items I chose because they had immediate availability Ordered on Friday phoned on Monday and was told they were shipping that day Phoned on Wedneday to be told that they were waiting on one item Plumber already on site Asked them to deliver the other items to be told there would be a 39 charge for delivering the remaining item later Plumber had to source a different tray so he could contine working meaning if order 1 does turn up I ve got a tray to return at my own expense Poor service

Would not advise unless you get everything from them

Everyone knows that building work is stressful and how we shop for the best items at various places On this occasion I had ordered a tap and shower tray from Bella Bathrooms and found a suitable basin and vanity unit elsewhere The basin delivery was delayed and as a result once received we realised that we would need to change the tap for a smaller one Bella Bathrooms unfortunately would not help as 14 days had lapsed In such a concentrated market I think they should be more flexible especially as I wasn t asking for money back just to swap a new item for a better suited one It just means I ll shop elsewhere and won t use BB again due to their rigidity Reply to the comment from BB The review is based on overall customer service If you read the review properly you will see the review is to help other customers understand that if they order their items from various suppliers there could be a problem due to the rigidity of your policy and there could be a financial loss to them The title even says as much I have not told anyone else not to shop with you I have simply given an honest review of my experience and lesson I thought that was what a review was Thank you

Insufficient bath packaging led to damage no refund offered

The bath was not securely packaged in transit it was merely wrapped in a plastic sheet and placed on a pallet We decided we wished to return the bath but we could not store the large wooden pallet on the street outside while we waited for the courier so we had to dismantle it When the bath was returned Bella reported damage to the bath The reality is it was a tiny hairline scratch on the base less than a cm in length However I understand this makes it difficult for them to re-sell My issue is more with a the way they packaged it in the first place we bought another bath from another store which came in a wooden box and b they way they communicated re the return As soon as I emailed them requesting a return I could tell the person was really put it out by it and somewhat emotional about it From there I had a sense they might make life difficult for me and this turned out to be the case when they refused a refund To their credit they stored the bath for me while I worked out another resolution but the bath did sustain further damage while they were storing it Scratches that were larger than the original they showed me in the photo supporting their refusal of of a refund Given how small the original scratch was I am certain they would have shown me these ones instead had they been sustained prior to them receiving the bath back All in all I would avoid dealing with Bella in the future If everything goes perfectly you ll be fine but if you have to deal with the customer support team I don t envy you
