Overall good although response to issues is slow

A wide selection to choose from at good prices Had some problems over delivery and post delivery There is always someone there to answer your calls but the response after that is slow and constant follow up is needed Otherwise would be 5 star

Pretty quick delivery

Pretty quick delivery option and were helpful when I queried delivery times On the bad side their Courier service rang me the night before to tell me the items were being delivered but couldn t give a time slot but said the driver would ring me before delivery with an update In fact they didn t ring and just turned up at the rental property Luckily I was there at the time but this was definitely a negative on the overall experience

I always state that a good company is

I always state that a good company is demonstrated by how it deals with problems On this occassion I had a major problem with a damaged item upon deliveryI always received a positive and helpful response from customer services and subsequently a refund without any hassel The original price was competative I would be happy to use Bellabathrooms again in the future and would recommend them

Another company let me down

Another company let me down saying due to missing part they couldn t deliver the vanity unit for 2-3 weeks I rang Bella Bathrooms and got the exact same vanity unit I paid for standard delivery but it arrived the next day Not 5 stars because it was about 40 more expensive than the first supplier But worth it to avoid delays

Pleased with Bella not so the delivery service

Good experience ordering from Bella Bathrooms only let down by the courier the items were a 2m x 900 glass screen and a 1200 x 900 shower tray both in the back of a van with loads of other items randomly stacked against them I was amazed when I opened the packages and neither was damaged more luck than judgment The items were priced well and both of excellent quality pleased with your company not so the couriers

Happy with product better comms needed

It was easy to order the goods and the initial email confirmation for the order was good The reason I only selected 4 star is because the communication for the delivery wasn t that great It was just one email with a lot of disclaimers about the delivery company I didn t get any messages to confirm the delivery was really happening on the day I only got a call from the driver an hour before they arrived When we checked the palette it looked like there was one missing item this was because of the way the items were displayed during the order process but we then found that it was in two of the packages and it wasn t obvious in the description We had to actually open the package to find the item we thought was missing So some better information to the customer would be helpful we don t know how you package things
