Delivery driver refused to put the item outside the door dropped on sidemain road due to covid restrictions kerbside delivery only also the remote for my fireplace after few months screen gone black not working

Faulty Product

I bought a free standing electric fire one of theirs It failed to work within the 12 month warranty It was replaced straight away No problems However the new replacement has given up again within 12 months I have E Mail them twice and have filled out a fault form No response I must assume this is a common fault with this particular electric fire
