Great company fast delivery and a good quality stove Finishes off our living room perfectly One small thing was that we were not informed the fire and flue were being delivered separately we assumed a missing part but it arrived two days later

The fireplace arrived promptly exactly when it was promised Unfortunately a minor part the cosmetic flue was damaged Within an hour of me sending an email reporting this to them I received an email confirming a replacement would be sent out which arrived quickly The fireplace itself is fabulous really good looking and of high quality It was easy to put together and really looks the part Also the customer service as outlined above was first class
