Rosanna was very pleasant and courteous I felt they lacked a little confidence but was clear and helpful in explaining the extent and limitations of our cover I feel it may help them come across even better by doing a little more prep before the call to familiarise themself with the cover the customer already has - in our case to know for sure already that we don t have the appliance cover on our policy Overall I think Rosanna is a delightful and competent person to talk to customers

Answered the phone quickly and Jacob was friendly helpful and professional repair organised and appointment given for Monday 17th in the morning Hoping that the engineer who comes will be as good

Natalie was confident but not over assertive She had obviously been trained to gently persuade me to take out further insurance but was not offhand when I did not fully comply A credit to the company

Great Customer Services team - Micheal helped me out particularly wellOnly slight negative was to had to work harder than I hoped to get feedback and resolution on my claim - no issue with the result but had to chase the claims team more than I would have expected

Policy catch

Connor was very helpful However beware of just starting with a policy One understands that if a claim is made before the 30 days an excess is charged but it is not 30 from the start of one s policy it is 30 days from when the fault occurred so when asked bear that in mind I got caught out

Fantastic helpful technician fixed The problem quickly luckily he knocked a few times as the message saying he was booked had gone to my junk mail

The terms and conditions were explained in detail for the policy which I was interested in Didn t feel under pressure to take the policy but felt for the price and benefits it was good value Sandra the customer advisor was able to offer sound advice and was pleasant and amenable throughout our telephone conversation
