I spoke at length to channelle who was

I spoke at length to channelle who was clearly new and learning but she was very pleasant and professional I extended my warranty on my dish washer and my washing machine over the phone as the online portal wasn t working this was a week ago and I was told the new policies are in place today I receive two urgent notifications saying my policies are about to expire and to urgently renew them Why is it that nothing works properly anymore do I really have to phone the company and tell them I ve already renewed both my policies I m really fed up with bad service and having to re do things the covid excuse is getting really old now with companies and people hiding their incompetence behind this excuse

The initial service was excellent

The initial service was excellent When I contacted to tell them I no longer had the insured appliance and to cancel they took nearly 3months to do so I kept receiving sales calls emails reminding me that my policy was due for automatic renewal I contacted them on a number of occasions to final recieve a call from an arrogant jumped up supposed account manager who was very rude and imitating I am still waiting now to see if the policy has been cancelled or confirmation of the call yesterday I assure you if any monies are taken I wont be best pleased

Unclear what I was buying plus unacecptable delay

Maybe it was just the Christmas period but my experience was not good I looked for and thought I had found a repairer for a dicky gas oven I though I had simply booked and paid for a repair in the next few days However 1 I found I had signed up to a warranty with monthly payments Probably in small print I overlooked 2 after a fortnight still no repair visit has been offered I have just cancelled within the cooling off period Watch this space to see if they respond correctly or I have to revise this and reduce it to one star LATERAdded one star since they have without problem cancelled the insurance and I was able to cancel the repair also and get a refund

Unreasonable response waiting time

I had excellent no-nonsense assistance from my case handler John on one or two occasions but finally getting through to him at customer service support on at least three dates was painful - for example my call record registered 24mins on 10th Dec which I feel was beyond the parameters of reasonable service

Comunication

I can t really say as to how your service is run but the companies you deal with let you down I am still waiting for a repair to be completed It s taking to long you need to know how the companies you deal with allocate time to complete a job Good job I haven t had an accident since reporting my problem

Washing Machine

Washing MachineI had to wait on the phone for 30mins before I could speak with a representative The engineer couldn t get to us for around 10 days I had to chase up the engineers report as there was no comms from them Once the new part was finally authorized it was fitted fairly swiftly without any problems Comms and speed need to be improved

Would have been 5 but for one messy claim

I have made several claims over the years from wasp infestation to washing machine repair and all were expertly sorted within 24 hours by really lovely people However when my Zanussi oven door exploded it took over 2 months and days of calling and emailing to sort it out This experience unfortunately reduced their star rating as without it I would have happily given 5 stars

Channelle was very good with Boiler cover policy and is very experienced in her field for explanation and also had the company knowledge for thorough details about my needs She is an asset to the company so please hold on tight to her Thank you Regards Anilkumar Dholakia

Not good at communication

Gemma who I spoke with was good I feel the communication isn t great though I got a text stating that they had tried to contact me I d not had any missed calls asking me to contact them urgently When I called and spoke Gemma it wasn t clear as to why I needed to call urgently I had an major issue trying to get the boiler serviced the communication from them was terrible too I got several texts stating that the engineer was going to be delayed and they were going to extend the time slot by an hour I found out from my son when I got home that the service had already been done before I received the texts

Michael was fine He gave good advice but his computer was a bit slow
