I spoke at length to channelle who was clearly new and learning but she was very pleasant and professional I extended my warranty on my dish washer and my washing machine over the phone as the online portal wasn t working this was a week ago and I was told the new policies are in place today I receive two urgent notifications saying my policies are about to expire and to urgently renew them Why is it that nothing works properly anymore do I really have to phone the company and tell them I ve already renewed both my policies I m really fed up with bad service and having to re do things the covid excuse is getting really old now with companies and people hiding their incompetence behind this excuse
