Very helpful staff Great prices hopefully won t have to use for a long time so can not comment on how claims are handled but if like the customer service shouldn t be a problem

Mixed Experience

Sandra was extremely helpful She spent a long time trying to resolve the issues I had with my warranty A 5 star service from her Unfortunately my experience before that was a number of repeat calls to big warranty without success The company has a complicated ststem of cover that even the previous staff I spoke to couldnt resolve Many thanks to Sandra for not giving up on me and offering a choice of solutions

I spoke with Jake who was excellent completely clear with corresponding with me and extremely helpful in helping re new my warranty again with the big warranties

Louie was fast and efficient and put my claim through quickly The only issue was the environment he is working in could hear lots of background conversations Staff are in need of noise deflecting headsets

The complaint was acknowledged and addressed in a very prompt and supportive manner I felt Grace had listened and responded to the issues raised Grace kept intouch with me updating me with the next steps The complaint was dealt with promptly and professionally adhering to all issues I had raised
