I bought a wireless charger from them at a price of 300 way more than others in the market the charger is overheating and stops working I got a replacement which does the same after few weeks which shows that the quality of their products is not good and does not meet the price range at all

Really really poor beware
Really really poor I had a really bad experience and feel completely cheated out of my expensive purchase The customer service is brilliant pre-purchase but afterwards I was told that my consumer rights are not valid as their head office is in UAE Really really bad and beware Don t use them there are a lot more companies out there who have helped me after this horrific experience with such an awful team

Absolute piece of crap
Absolute piece of crap i get better results from a 60 amazon backup camera 700 and it doesn t work customer is here waiting and there is no technical service available form bimmertech instructions do not even match the car i have even though bimmertech was supplied with the VIN Customer chat is unhelpful and full of lies and excuses and has no technical knowledge whatsoever Now i see why it sells from Dubai they are so shady the USA wont let them in

Poor customer service -purchased a key FOB -sent paperwork in several times-no communication at all Waited over two weeks- told them either get the key on order or refund Note sent they are doing a refund Went locally-key on order same day no issues at all Never again Very disappointed Craig

Site sells Overpriced items You can find better alternatives that s half the price these guys sell for No complaints about the technicians I worked with but forget about any returns they will charge you a ridiculous 30 restocking fee

Software Upgrade FLAWED
I purchased the engine auto start stop and paid over 130 00 for the cable and the software changes The change worked very well until a factory software update which cleared the programming change done by BimmerTech BimmerTech will not reinstall the software change unless I pay for it in FULL again and they state that the information provided states that the problem I experienced is identified in their information It is not and they are not and will not standing by their defective product Buyer beware

Replacement FOB was 100 less at MINI Dealer
We were looking to get Replacement FOBs for our MINI Coopers we both drive them We came across BimmerTech and were about to place an order Then we figured out that our local Mini Dealer yes official full dealership charges only 195 per fob BimmerTech charges 299 for our particular model So we gave our business to our Mini dealer and the new fob worked perfectly and we saved 200 for two fobs

I ordered CarPlay MMI Prime from Bimmertech and then wrote to them 10 minutes later explaining that I cannot afford it can I change my mind and please cancel They ignored that email and shipped it a day later then when I again wrote they said well if you had told us yesterday we could have canceled but now it s shipped and you ll have to be charged a 160 fee if you return it - be careful with this company

I do not recommend this product I got the mmi prime for my 2014 f10 m5 Installed everything correctly myself which was not very difficult and it was confirmed by bimmertech that I installed correctly after sending them pictures Product did not work as screen was black They agreed they sent me a defective product and were willing to send me a new one for free But at this point I was done with them and wanted a refund They charged me 30 restocking fee and wanted me to pay to ship it back to them This is in there terms and conditions but it s egregious I negotiated with them and they lowered it down to 20 and paid for the shipping But there were some tiny minor scratches so they charged me the full 30 restocking fee That s 225 restocking fee on a 750 product that didn t work Horrible policy I went with ZZ2 which doesn t have the reported audio issues that bimmertech has Had it professionally installed that s the only option but it works perfectly Don t buy bimmertech

Horrible service
Horrible service The order took almost a month to arrive because the invoice attached to the package was incorrect and the package was held at customs Once I received the product it was defective and I had to request a replacement Before sending me a new product they ask me to test a lot of things another month passed Conclusion 2 months since I placed the order and I still don t have it installed Finally they decide to send me a new product The new product is sent as if it were a new purchase so customs retains it again and asks me to pay again the import costs it is a replacement of a defective product no need to pay any kind of cost They ask me to send the defective product back They send me a return label that the shipping company tells me is incorrect They send me a second label that instead of being a return label is an invoice Evidently the shipping company tells me that the shipment cannot be made with this As if that were not enough this invoice indicates that any expenses incurred for this return must be paid by me I contacted BimmerTech for an explanation and a solution I have had no response from them for more than 10 days What kind of service is this Do not buy from this website Suspicious also that on your page there are no negative comments Only 4 or 5 stars
