Excellent service

I recently upgraded to Enhanced Bluetooth for my X3 could only use Bluetooth for phone not for music Solution arrived very fast After a couple of hiccups I am reasonably sure it was a poor connection on the car s USB port it updated the iDrive and now works perfectly The support staff were extremely helpful FIVE STARS and the strongest recommendation without any hesitation

Best customer service I ve ever experienced

The customer service and the product are great Bought this for my son s M4 The USPS lost it in the mail and provided a ridiculous signature It was a Christmas present and BimmerTech sent another unit overnight delivery Then when my son was installing it he ran into some vehicle specific questions and we received very quick responses from technical service on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning The product works perfectly I highly recommend BimmerTech Frank in Austin TX

I recently purchased two BMW codes for BMW X6 to remove the legal disclaimer on start up and to show BMW M sport logo on start up

I recently purchased two BMW codes for my 2016 X6 The codes came almost immediately even though I live in Australia The after sale support was over the top as I had an issue with the install I emailed the support team and within 8 hrs I had the problem solved I would recommend Bimmertech to anybody that would like some upgrades to their BMW idrive system

BimmerTech gave me great service I set out to make my car new again I ve had the CarPlay MMI Prime installed and am happy with the aftermarket functionality It does take some getting used to the controls That said I really enjoy essentially having my iPhone functionality in my car What a terrific upgrade Thanks to the customer support team who helped me every step of the way

I bought the MMI Prime Trim Kit and DIY tools from BimmerTech 2 months ago Really impresses with the packaging and quality of the products The MMI is feature rich and I may never go back to my standard BMW stereo interface again The DIY kit tools were of such high quality I have added them to my regular automotive toolkit Super nice very responsive folks at BimmerTech
