As a health care worker I find birdie easy to use and check off tasks It also has a Raising Concern feature to accelerate issues at a service user It also shows me the total number of hours worked and my upcoming schedule

Birdie is very useful for planning my trips as im able to access all the the info i need in record time and love that i can see previous visit notes by carers Its also safe and secure as you ll need to use a code to enter every time you leave the app although a fingerprint feature would be nice to have overall easy to use

Very impressed

After starting my new position it was a transition for me as I was programmed into using a different online service which I had used for years So whenever I have a quick question or get a little stuck I drop Birdie support a little message and the reply is almost instant Everything I have had to ask they have answered or sorted within minutes Super impressed by the excellent customer service and speedy responses Well done guys

Birdie is a good app generally I ve had no major problems using it It can be a little annoying sometimes as the tasks can double book and repeat what you ve already covered

I like using the Birdie app It is easy and friendly to use very intuitive Essential questions and simple responds a quick and useful tulles huge support with the care plan with significant information about the client especially the new one which I can look at and find it out in every minute to make sure if I follow the details I truly recommend it

Birdie is great fir me becouse l don t need to use another way to confirm my shifts or to made my reports It is great as well for medication still there are some things could be improved this app is good

Birdie app works a treat for me No more re-writing a MARS report when a mistake has happened The prompts on the care log in great as so often one gets too involved with client care to remember to jot down fluid intake or bowel movements Birdie is merely ticks and checks The daily routine is more efficient as Birdie report can be done while enjoying a cuppa tea
