Birdie is easy to use

Birdie is easy to use and displays the information in a straightforward format A lot of relevant information can be added to the app that the staff can read as they provide care to the clients Using the buttons to record notes also encouraged our staff to provide details about the client s care which was displayed in a readable format For some client s next of kin we were also able to provide access to the client s notes on Birdie so they could monitor their care The software however needed to be used in conjunction with a rostering software therefore alterations to our rota needed to be made on both systems which was repetitive and slightly time consuming

Absolutely loving working with Birdie

Absolutely loving working with Birdie Beth Simone and Oxana are so accommodating and always listen If there is something we can t agree on they are always on hand to offer a positive solution We are still collaborating and working towards new and improved tools to ensure our assessments are efficient and of a high standard Overall we are very excited for our future with Birdie A big thanks from Vicki at Papillon Homecare ltd

Everyone in our teams loves the app Very user friendly for both carers and managers Very minimal staff training is needed I recommend Birdie App to any care provider who is seriously looking for a quality care software

We have been using Birdie for Nine months and are so pleased with the software It is a very efficient system It is especially very helpful to monitor medication and has allowed carers to spend more time focusing on the service user s needs

Using this app make me up to date punctual and active I have a very good experience by working within my company and using this system Sometimes there is location issue that might happen because of poor connectivity other than that it s very good app

I am happy with Birdie

I am happy with Birdie All my calls were reflecting Birdie even asks why I am checking out late or too early This can help me in case I am checking out by error How ever I do not understand how it calculates total hours worked

Love the set up but can t understand

Love the set up but can t understand why we have to record tasks twice It just adds more time on visits and also Clients think we re on our phone texting instead of spending valuable time conversing with them
