The app is great and has all the important details I need to record as a carer However I don t like the weekly day view section of the app it s laggy and fiddly quite irritating when you want to view the following week s rota shifts It just doesn t work as well as one would hope it does Bring back the previous version where you re able to view 2 weeks of shifts easily please

The company is making life more easier for service providers and service users by providing well organised tasks which are timely arranged and reminders which turn from green amber to red if undone Provision for a section for the explanation as to why there is a delay as well Duties are shown according to dates and times one has to attend time sheets and number of hours accumulated It s simple to understand and implement Forward Ever Backwards Never Birdie Thank you abundantly

AMAZING APPLICATION Birdie is such a great application to use it makes the work load a lot easier to handle for the team and I The customer service has been absolutely exceptional if you have an issue you can contact Birdie supported in minutes and they ll get back to you just a quick Olivia our customer success manager has been amazing in helping us understand Birdie at a deeper level and has played a key role in raising our Q score All in all Birdie is the complete package and I would recommend switching over to this from whatever you are using currently
