Compact great suction and easy to use

The product works well SpotClean Pet Pro and is easy to use Suction is good and I have so far used it on a mattress and a rug However it does require a lot of elbow grease as there are no rotating parts to help with the cleaning process Also the waste water tank is somewhat cumbersome to empty but it s not a big deal really The tools that come with it are fairly basic it could do with a much wider brush included for cleaning larger areas

Very easy and quick excellent delivery I had a bit of trouble getting the handle in the right order and to work out how to empty it But then we are 81 not that that should have made any difference Thanks

Delivery was very quick The reason I chose this brand over other leading brands was because it said that dry dirt and wet dirt are collected separately However this isn t so the dry dirt is in the same compartment as the dirty water you have to pull it out on a strainer like thing witch is different and not at all pleasant to do

Good product terrible manual

9 10 Spot cleaner pro brought out the heavy staining on my couch great value for money I bought the bundle with 3 bottles of Bissell brand shampoo Only issue is the manual is fully written language free and some of the hyroglyphs make no sense or contradict each other this is an item which uses water but the top of several pages says not to use this item on wet carpets furniture What Same page tells you to dunk the head in a bucket of water to clean the internal workings

Tricky one to score Delivery was impressive purchase page stated next working day delivery As the product was ordered on a Saturday and the page stated closed on Saturday and Sundays I assumed delivery would not be until Tuesday However it arrived Sunday That s the good news What I m not so happy about is the operating instructions being pictograms I m sure these are quite understandable to the department drawing them but for senior citizens like me are too easily misunderstood Too much lateral thinking required I like words

Nice and easy to use

Nice and easy to use I found removing and switching the heads a bit difficult due to the small size of the button you have to push in to remove the ends The cleaner is also quite loud However it s cleaning capabilites are excellent It works well on a range of different fabrics and carpet textures It also uses water efficiently I only used part of the full tank on my upholstry I would recommend this product I d also recommend buying the cleaning nozzle to clean the tube and machine as it makes the process much easier
