Excellent contribution from our Property Manager Shannon Raven

I continue to rate our account manager Shannon Raven with 5 stars However I am somewhat disappointed with BNS senior managements lack of progress on issues with the BNS portal When working effectively the BNS Portal is an excellent collaborative communication tool between BNS and its clients We have and continue to have issues with Director access and the inability to download documents Unfortunately the BNS portal has never benefited from the value of a published user guide Something that I continue to request without success I believe that the production of a guide to facilitate the necessary communication between BNS and their clients will considerably reduce the workload of both the account managers and management company Directors The purpose of this review is two fold - 1 To thank Shannon for her excellent work and 2 To ask a question of other management Directors- Is the BNS portal providing you with a service that meets your requirements and expectations On a closing point I have suggested that BNS undertake a customer service survey I don t believe that they have ever undertaken one
