DO NOT ORDER Popped up on tik tok i ordered the teddy jacket 30 with a free bracelet thats worth 24 95 It took over a month to come what turned up is nothing like the picture The bracelet looks like it s off shein for 10p and the jacket is awful quality This is defo a scam Ive emailed so many times to try and get a refund and ive had no reply although i had a reply when i emailed about my item being late AVOID SCAM SCAM SCAM

Don t order from this company The item was completely different from the picture really poor quality Short sleeves i ordered the teddy coat And took weeks to arrive Terrible company

If I could put 0 stars I would DO NOT ORDER have emailed 6 times and had no response Returned my order as cheap quality and looked nothing like the picture and still not response and lost out on 70 Single mum to 3 kids 70 doesn t come easy

Teddy Fleece Jacket

Ordered a Teddy Fleece jacket from here for 30 It just didn t arrive so I had back and forth emails with them they said it would arrive I d then seen the reviews on here and realised it was a scam so I got my bank to do a charge back and I was luckily able to get my money back Then the coat arrived but it is absolutely horrible it s nothing like the photos it s cheap and nasty and I m selling it on vinted now for 5 I d have felt so bad getting my money back if it came and it was really nice but it is anything but nice If they don t do returns I didn t either So they ve lost their money and their jacket Horrible horrible company to deal with

If I could give zero stars I would Do not order from this site they are mega dodgey I ordered a coat which took weeks to arrive when it did the arms were too short and the quality was awful I emailed to return for a refund and was declined multiple times was only offered a discount off my next purchase As if id shop there again I up ended placing a chargeback with my bank My partner has since noticed they have changed there email etc on their site

Scam TikTok ad

Their adverts came on TikTok Maybe other social media channels have them too Total scam Fake tracking No responses Just claimed back money from my bank Reported this scam website to the bank and police

Tik Tok Advert Scam

Don t buy from this company from the Tik Tok advert of the teddy coat I ordered this coat following that advert over 1 week ago and it still has not arrived I checked the tracking number on Royal Mail and it s not being recognised so I went to Trust Pilot and seen others have said they provide a fake tracking number I have emailed them and their contact email is not related to the name of the website Not yet received a response and not hopeful to I have reported the website to the UK fraud agency and I am also going to report to my bank when I am able to after 15 days Even if the coat turns up according to a review here - the cost in the advert was apparently from H M Shocking Normally had great experiences from Tik Tok advertised products but not this time

Definitely a scam I have contacted the company who have responded but say I must wait If I want a refund I must return the jacket the one which hasn t arrived Absolutely awful Completely avoid Update I requested a chargeback via my bank Conveniently the next morning I received a shipping update to say the order had been despatched The tracking number was the same as the original but a different method of shipping had been used Additionally the item detailed was not the same as I ordered I ve since received a message from the company to say that I can expect to receive the item and if I want a refund I can return it Please don t be taken in like I have been and please don t order from this company
