Good Morning a few months ago I purchased off Facebook Marketplace a used Breville 800ESXL Duo-Temp and I absolutely love it I just wanted to give a compliment on how great the product is and how easy it is to use The simplicity and quality really makes the machine next level I m hoping one day to save up enough money to purchase my own the Barista Touch someday to take my coffee to the next level Unfortunately car issues is taking up the majority of my money right now Can someone please send my compliment to the high ups I would love to keep in touch on any new exciting Breville products My email is posted on the reviewKeep up the great work Breville Team and have a great week - Jarrod

Can t say enough about the excellent

Can t say enough about the excellent customer service Our kettle stopped working and after sending it back for repair we instead received a Brand new kettle Very fast service and am totally impressed Especially after dealing with another company s poor service

Customer Care was AMAZING

As a newbie to this at home coffee expresso world I was thrilled to purchased the Breville machine from the reviews I saw It was working great until one day I was experiencing some issues later discovered to be user error and I m not surprised I called the 800 number customer service number to give them a try while frustrated and before calling the warranty replacement number to replace my machine and no one answered but promised to call me back I received a call back and got representative Victor HE WAS AMAZING I have never had a product customer service representative be as patient and helpful as he was I was able to ask stupid questions and he took the time to answer them to my knowledge level and made sure I understood before moving on I could not be more appreciative of the great level of care and desire to make sure I have the basic knowledge needed to make the best cup of coffee I could at home I have been able to make consistent lattes at home that taste amazing thanks to Victor He is truly a thoroughly knowledgable employee and valuable asset to the company

Breville you are amazing

Breville you are amazing We bought a Breville ice cream maker in 2018 and it never worked properly and I assumed it was me not using it correctly After a few attempts I put it in the garage However after watching master chef this series I noticed they had the same one and how the churning function worked Realising ours had been faulty from the start I contacted Breville and they have replaced the machine even after well outside the warranty period What amazing service we are so impressed Will definitely be choosing Breville over any other brand of appliance in the future
