Unjust and totally unreasonable
One of the worst most condescending companies I ve ever dealt with A totally legitimate and one off claim to my local authority due to their failure to fix a pot hole put me in touch with these narrow minded one sided people incapable of even basic admin Basically same story as the majority of the other reviews here they dismiss totally valid points and hide behind the logic that the council have a maintainance programme and as such are untouchable Its a disgrace really They ask you to produce all this info including photos whilst all the time thinking that it will fall over at the first hurdle I ve requested info via FOI regarding how many claims have actually been paid out upon My guess is it is very low They were so bad at correspondence too constantly asking me to resend attachments and asking for info already provided to the council Then today they laughably try to take the moral upper hand and say they aren t entering into any more correspondence it s as if they can t tolerate someone not agreeing with their flawed logic And for a company who pride themselves on being water tight you might think they could send factually correct emails Beyond terrible A really low value and legit claim could have been easily closed off but is now going to the ombudsman Surley the trend apparent in these reviews counts for something Don t accept their pre judged denial Keep on at them

MONEY TAKEN NO SERVICE
Despite your assurance that my stolen van now recovered has been submitted to the engineer for a report and is currently simply awaiting information on the last step When I got to the vehicle compound yesterday and discovered that it was still in the beginning stages over a month ago I was shocked to realize this The van will be destroyed today by the police as no communication has been forthcoming I have sent numerous messages today No reply from you or your sister company

Lol this company are a joke
Lol this company are a joke I just skimmed the reviews and saw one saying they sure do what they can to delay a claim or avoid paying How accurate It s been almost 7 weeks I ve had no vehicle or any payout They have rude receptionist snobby female staff they take ages to reply to your emails no matter how quick you reply back to them They don t communicate with other companies involved so you forever have to do the chasing everyone around I may aswell work here instead I ll be glad to finally get my payout and never have to deal with these again Avoid Sure cuvva is cheap sometimes but when it comes to an accident that wasn t even my fault may I add you realise why they are cheap Something had to be good about them

It s a shame one can t give a Zero rating This company has been the bane of my life since my accident over 3 months ago I am not their client I was the wronged party in a road traffic accident Their engineers deemed my car a total loss and up now I am still waiting for my settlement funds 3 months on The customer service is very very indifferent aloof and bordering on rude Please avoid

See attached photos Bedbugs The room was infested My family worse of all newborn suffered bites to the point of need medical treatment My family lost 7 days of clothes The hotel acknowledged the issue but only offered to switch rooms with a partial refund The corporate office apologized and directed me to file a claim with their insurance company Broadspire Broadspire is a joke and only exist as a answering machine and email address which does not reply It s been a week since this started and I haven t received one call or email Whenever I call I get apology and a promise of a call back in hours The call never comes This is the worse experience ever Stay somewhere else Looking a good attorney to resolve this on my behalf

This is not an insurance company
I unfortunately had the insurance through Revolut and would have never chosen this option if I had known how terrible their service is I thought I had travel insurance but nothing seems to be covered with this joke of an insurance Even the most easiest straightforward claims take several months to process My nearly brand new MacBook Air was valued at 50 after five months of submitting the claim I have several doctor s visits that I have claimed but there s absolutely no answer at all even though I ve been following up I was about to change my travel insurance provider but Revolut announced they won t be working with this ridiculous company anymore

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
Like everyone else here 1 star is just too much another driver hit me in Sept when I finally got a garage and a price 6 weeks ago I only got acceptance last week of the amount for the work I have emailed 5 times this week to claims handler Leanne who has ignored me You can t call because they are not taking 3rd party calls I need to get my car back and this company are making me feel i am in the wrong For your information here is my claim number 6685886

One star is too many
One star is too many Currently waiting on this them to pay out for a claim made in November 2021 despite the driver accepting liability I have called on numerous occasions one of which included a staff member saying that they only cover house insurance and that I have the wrong company Completely ignorant to emails I am appalled that they are allowed to continue operating
