Poor

I ordered a plaque for my brother I wasn t aware it came without a spike so paid extra for the spike The plaque and wood arrived but no spike I rang and explained the situation that my other brother was over from Switzerland and we needed to get this at my brothers place of rest before his return 1st April Unfortunately this did not happen as the spike only arrived Friday 8th April 2017 my 83 year old mother and my brother were both very distressed by this The quality of the goods are exceptional but the customer service lack compassion

Faulty work and poor follow up experience

Very disappointing quality wood backing not well finished no bevel end screw heads This was a second purchase as we bought another one in 2011 when we went to place the new one with the old one that also had not worn well These are expensive items the quality is very poor

Sorry for a low score but there is a good reason

Badly finished piece I had to file it smooth myself but worse than that Brunel were indifferent to my complaint about this and treated it with little interest This despite NOT being in any way a cheap service once the FULL cost has been slowly revealed Won t be using them again

You told me to come and pick my order

Sorry to be so negative but I was extremely annoyed at being expected to drill two holes in the back of the memorial plaque for mounting the ground stake It would have been so simple for you to do those holes in the factory using a jig I managed it but was very worried the stake would come out canted or off-centre or I would drill through to the aluminium plaque on the the front Please in the future put those holes in it s such a trivial job for you to do Without that silly error you would have got 5 stars The plaque itself is superb

Good Customer Service Expensive Delivery

You told me to come and pick my order up pm i got there for 2 30pm it was not ready when i got it it was not dry But the customer luckly did not see it but i was not happy with it your staff were very good and helpfull Thats not the point i still payed top price for it no discount was offered

Customer services contacted me today to inform me that at the checkout I have selected pickup when in fact it should have been delivery This is my bad so accept the fault their however to hear that their delivery is in fact 5 50 for a few flat table numbers that can be put into a small envelope If I had known this prior to ordering I would have gone to an alternative supplier

P P at 11 for one aerosol was way too

I ordered some aluminium effect disc numbers I was disappointed when I received them because they did not match the description The plastic discs were quite fragile and of a dark grey colour rather than a shiny silvery effect I thought that the quality of my order did not match the price I paid

Dissapointed

P P at 11 for one aerosol was way too much I have sent much larger items up to 10kg tracked for overnight delivery at just 6 Which brings me to state that the delivery was not next day but 5 days later Certainly not impressive service Brass spray clear lacquer did however work well but again rather expensive

Problems with the wooden base

Very dissapointed got this as a gift for a friend who had been promoted was very dis heartened when it came through as it was nowhere near as big as I expected it to be and it was plastic Don t think you should have to pay to preview it either very expensive for what it is i would like to point out I was charged over 15 for mine so we re the 6 something comes from I don t know

The printing engraving was poor

Problems in getting the wooden base over a week late and its mundane finish it just looked like a bit of MDF that had been painted not the actual wooden effect that I was expecting for nearly 40 00 extra The engraving itself was very good
