A mistake made on the manufacture of plaque meant lot of time and hassle involved plus having to explain to my client that the replacement plaque may or may not arrive on time I thought it reasonable to request that at least my 15 express delivery fee was refunded but a refund was refused

We were very disappointed in the service we received the mounting board even through it displayed a picture of oak it was a laminated and looked nothing like Oak They agreed to refund the money for this part of the order but when I emailed them back asking for an address to return it to no-one replied other things also which i was very disappointed in and I could ramble on for a while I am sorry to say I will not use them again

The plaque was good
The plaque was good I am pleased with it But the spike was too long for my ground I called to ask if I could get a shorter spike There was no effort to help or advise I was just told they only do one spike goodbye

Sent my own material to use after a week later decided to call to see if my signs were done to find the company weren t even sure if the material had arrived with them no communication from the company as far as progress even after the material had a guarantee delivery Date Took over a week for 4 signs when I even provided the art work and the material

Ordered a stainless steel plaque and was delighted with the result Liked the ability to design the fonts and sizing of the lettering online and result was exactly as expected Despatched quickly with good communication Edit Ink on the plaque which had been sited outside was coming off after less than 2 years Poor performance

Most expensive company we have out of 6
Most expensive company we have out of 6 suppliers but we used them due to having the best lead time the order was late due a machine breaking down which caused us a massive headache plus we overpaid in comparison to our other suppliers who ironically would have supplied quicker in the end by around 1 000 In future I ll stick with the much cheaper competitors who take a week longer but cost significantly less

The product is okay though vastly overpriced given the words are printed not engraved etched but I paid 20 for express delivery which takes 3 working days I signed off the artwork on Tuesday 11th June and it was delivered on Monday 17th June- 6 days after the order and with express delivery When I asked for a refund for my express delivery charge as it was far from express and it did not arrive in time for the memorial on Sunday I was told I do not feel that we have done anything wrong with your order They re missing common sense and some empathy Zero customer service Feel ripped off

Initial ordering online and subsequent contact regarding layout of a memorial plaque was very good I paid extra for express delivery as relatives of my deceased friend were due to visit to see it installed Two days before its promised delivery date I got a phone call telling me that a machine had broken down and delivery would be delayed but I would be updated Did not hear anything so rang a week later to be told there was no change and the order would be sent out asap No update received so rang again 10 days later and was told that the order was being prepared and I would get it the following week I requested that it was delivered before that weekend and almost immediately received a postage notification and the order was received the next day My express delivery cost was refunded Initial contact was good but updating was poor and I had to call them to find out what was happening
