Good quality product but assembly fiddly

I was pleased with the product but you need to change your carrier Paid a ridiculous price for carriage in the UK NI I m sure you would blame brexit etc but that would just be lazy I have had much bigger heavier things delivered for much less Carriage ended up being 30 of the cost

not upfront regarding total cost

Good quality product but difficult assembly unless very proficient at DIY Screw holes are not provided if you order a stake too Hence need to measure and position and make screw holes in back of plaque yourself This is very fiddly and you worry about splitting the wood It would be so much more helpful if the supplier put in screw holes or even assembled it prior to delivery Given price and quality I would have expected this

The finished quality of my plaque is excellent a little expensive I quoted a previously agreed layout to ensure conformity with another plaque which was initially ignored and only spotted before manufacturing by a colleague of mine Resultant delay was much longer than expected

The quality of the engraving was good However the light mahogany base described and pictured in the design tool was delivered as a painted piece of Tricoya It did not match the description or picture in the design tool Be very careful when selecting your base

The plaque looks great other than it s only a few weeks old and has already started to stain

Worked out Very expensive and one part was missing from the order although it was sent on to me quickly when I told them

Easy online ordering process but was disappointed with finish of item when it arrived But fair play after complaining they delivered a replacement item within 5 days with no quibble - the replacement item was perfect

The plate was perfect and it arrived on time but the screw they provide was from an awful quality and broke as I was putting it in which made me scratch the plate with the screwdriver

The plaque is in light mahogany with stainless steel and black ink I like the plaque however the ink came off after one year outside Brunel said the ink has no guarantee cover Disappointed
